Location was very convenient. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to get rooms ready when we arrived early. Also very helpful whenever we needed taxis. One room for our group was fairly small but the second was quite spacious and both were spotless with excellent amenities.

The one unpleasant surprise was that the hotel entrance was not on the ground floor, and there was no elevator. Getting in requires going up two flights of stairs. A person traveling alone with heavy baggage or someone with limited mobility would have been in a very difficult situation. That should be made explicit and clear on the booking.com website so people do not choose a property that is inaccessible to them.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Good shower, nice toiletries and plenty of towels. The breakfast was lovely, with a good choice and always being replenished. We made use of the communal area to meet up for a drink before heading out. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The street was a wide, commercial street - spacious and orderly in contrast with the narrow and chaotic streets common in the historic district, but the hotel was located between two of the main east-west historic streets so it was a great location from which to explore the old city. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is several flights of steps up from the street. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom.

The design of our room felt industrial, it was too white and was aesthetically cold. The neighborhood between the train station and the hotel may be intimidating to solo or female pedestrians. I’d suggest using Corso Umberto I if walking to or from the train station.

The location was excellent, 10 to 15 minute walk from lots of attractions, cleanliness of the room and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was adequate to get your day going. Being able to store your luggage after checking out was very helpful. The rooms 1 to 5 are very close to the breakfast area we were number 4 and the kitchen plus laundry were directly opposite our room. The noise level increases approximately 6.30am preparing for breakfast. Be conscious of this. The building is being renovated outside and inside, lots of scaffolding so finding it was a little difficult, no proper signage. The reception is up 3 flights of stairs, no lifts ,something to be aware of also. Overall a nice place we would go back.

The location of the hotel is good, though please keep in mind, that there is no lift and you have to climb the stairs with your suitcases. There is a nice pizza place on the same side of the street, not far. There is water and some other things in the minibar, that are included in the price of the room.

The name of the hotel is Il Tesoro Smart Suite & SPA, but we were not offered any SPA facilities at all. The bathroom in the room is quite simple as the room itself.

The room was as described in the booking and photos presented. It was spacious as we choose the bigger suite. Super comfortable, relatively quiet for downtown location (hotel is very close to neighboring properties). Room was cleaned thoroughly every day and toiletries replenished. Staff were wonderful and reception team provided excellent dining recommendations. Key city sites were within walking distance so super convenient plus we did a few tours and walked 10-15 minutes to the pick-up location. Breakfast was freshly prepared, continental style which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The entrance to the hotel suites is an eye-sore and hard to find off the busy Duomo. Understand the entire building is under renovation. We were initially concerned when taxi dropped us off. However, once we climbed the stairs to the reception area - it is like entering another world - peaceful/clean inside and these suites a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Naples old city. We loved the convenience of walking to cafes, bars and restaurants - so many options to suit all budgets!

Il Tesoro was like an oasis of quiet and calm in the heart of the city. The staff were very professional and friendly, and breakfast was more than adequate. The artwork is a very nice touch.

This may well have been a one-off experience, but the air conditioning in our room had failed by the second day, and the bath hadn't been used in a while (based on how much sediment came out of the faucets). And, unfortunately, there was a roach issue on the third day, which the nice lady at reception did her best to deal with (going to great lengths, really), but in the end we resorted to the shoe treatment.

The location is in the middle of the historical center of Naples. The room is very spacious, well maintained, very clean. The bathroom is well equipped with supplies, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of eating options and shops nearby.

The location is relatively far from the public transport. You need to walk 5 minutes from/to the nearest stop (Metro Duomo) or 15 minutes from/to the central train station (where also the bus to the airport stops). There is no elevator - keep in mind if you have heavy bags or stroller. Also, strangely enough, sometimes there are noises from the planes taking off from the Naples airport!

We had trouble finding a place available to stay in Naples because of the weekend celebration for Naples Championship and accidentally booked this hotel with a very good price! When we arrived, surprisingly it is located next to a few popular streets with full of food and drinks options. It felt a safe neighborhood too. The hotel room was spacious and clean. We liked the breakfast provided. Staff is nice too!

We didn’t know that the district has some car-restricted hours (9am - 5pm) before arriving. But luckily our schedule managed to avoid that. We needed to take taxis from and to the train station with luggages (the roads are not luggages friendly for walking)

Good location in "historical centre", short walk from many tourist sights and the metro station. In spite of lack of natural light the bedroom was very bright and spacious, painted white with good overhead and side lighting in the room - i think recently refurbished. Breakfast was good. On the one occasion I asked for breakfast in my room as I was ill they sent a huge amount of food at no extra charge. Staff on front desk were very helpful and were on reception all night long.

Entry to the property is a bit grim - as they had builders and scaffolding. Don't book this if you aren't fit and able as there is a large flight of stone stairs to the property with no lift.
