We enjoyed breakfast provided in the cafe below our room. It was great eating it on the terrace. Location was right by a metro stop and equally convenient for the old city and the port (for ferries to the islands). Our host was extremely helpful and checked regularly to make sure we were having a good time. We enjoyed chatting to him and he gave us a lot of interesting background information about Naples

Right at the end of our stay we discovered that the entrance door to the B and B operates by electricity. Francesco contacted us on our last morning as he thought the electricity might have cut out, and explained how to open the door with a key we hadn't used before. We were concerned to realise that - had there been a fire during our stay affecting the electricity supply - we would have been unable to escape. We would have expected to have been given information at check in about how to open the entrance door with this extra key if power is cut.

The location of this property was exactly what I hoped - a short walk to the port of Naples to make daily excursions to the islands. I could not be happier! The area was safe and bustling with energy, and the walk to and from the port could not have been easier. The ability to access all parts of the city on foot made exploring all the beauty that Naples has to offer so easy. Francesco was so helpful and attentive to his guests' needs. He kindly checked in on me daily which I appreciated as a solo traveler. He assisted with a taxi booking for the airport and gave great advice on the city and islands to help me plan my week.

Nothing - I appreciated the A/C to keep the room cool at night for sleeping. And even though the property is in the city on a main street, the quality of the windows and doors were excellent to keep the room quiet. City noise was not apparent at all!

The location and building were great. Located right next to the metro and some decent options for a morning coffee. Francesco, the Italian Tom Cruise, was the owner of the Bed an Breakfast and he made himself available for almost everything. He helped me with the parking garage, dinner recommendations, and places to see in Napoli. We had a great view of the square from our room. We felt like a part of the city.

One minor thing was the bedding wasn't the best. It seemed a little old. One other thing, if traffic is bad, the car horns from the circle outside was pretty nuts in the morning. That's the city life though.

Location is excellent,next to university metro. Easy to get around the city. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is free wifi which is good. The building and room is very secure. The is a lift in the building . Downstairs a restaurant that serve a good pizza. We have eaten there a few times and it’s always good. Francesco was very helpful and always available. He’ check with us mid everything was ok. So. thank you for a wonderful stay !

Francesco was a great host, kind, super helpful, and very dependable for all requests. The location is great. 1 min from metro, 6 min from port, safe, central location. External gates for extra feel of security even though the area is safe. Cleaning lady comes everyday. Quiet bc of double paned windows. Resturant right below sight is great. There is a grovery store and pharmacy within 5 mon walk.

First of all we must say our stay in Napoli was perfect thanks to Francesco, who was very kind, patient and caretaking to provide us with all necessary information about the most interesting places (including monuments and restaurants) in the city. Secondly, the location of the room was beyond our expectations. You can reach the city from the front door of the beautiful tenement house! It is amazing that you can get to all the most improtant places on foot! Francesco offered us a map with all important points marked on it. He wanted us to feel very welcome and he brought us the other day sweet cakes which was so nice of him! Thirdly, the room was super clean, visited by the cleaning lady every day, it has air conditioning which is a must in this season. It was super cosy and elegant.

The host is a very nice and helpful guy, he was great from the off in giving directions to the flat and letting me check in early and helped plan my trips to Capri and pompei and he knew the good places to go in Naples. Great room, comfy bed and the location was fantastic, a metro literally 1 minute away and all the places you want to see within walking of you feel like it and lots of great food very close. I really enjoyed my time there.

Great location! Walking distance from just about everything. Comfortable room, with AC! & not to mention, Francesco was an incredible host, I don’t have enough good things to say. He was dependable & provided us with tons of recommendations not only for Naples, but for our destinations to follow! Would highly recommend. Our stay here was lovely!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Loved my stay here, Francesco was very helpful. So close to Pizza Street and found some nice places for craft beer. Napoli is very chaotic, I had a lot of fun. You definitely try Smesh Burger, delicious.

Fairly noisy at night, ear plugs are definitely required. Though I find ear plugs very uncomfortable to wear when trying to sleep. However, ear plugs were recommended by Bellorizzonte.

We've never had a host quite like Francesco. A few days out from our trip he got in touch with us to advise on some attractions we needed to book ahead of time which was extremely helpful. On arrival, he greeted us and was able to give us excellent recommendations for pizza, gelato and other dining options. The room itself is centrally located, 15 minutes walk to the train station and the main pizza restaurants of interest in Naples. The Universita metro station is two minutes away. It is clean, comfortable and extremely safe. If and when we return to Naples, we will definitely book Bellorizzonte.

We have nothing negative to say about this experience. It was second to none.
