Location in the old town was perfect for us. Vouchers for breakfast were given for each day, and the breakfast cafe was a 2 min walk away. Had excellent coffee and a variety of cakes to choose from Antonio gave us a list of places to visit which was very useful. He also came and changed the sheets & towels half way through our stay. We used Antonio to collect / drop us to the airport which was very convenient. The apartment over looks a square which can be noisy. We loved this, it was the real Naples. With the door shut we slept well.

I was a bit unsure of the stairs, as the bathroom was down a few steps, but I have a broken arm so that's on me! We had been told the iron was included but then told it was €5 a day, and we were there for 10 days so opted against that (any excuse not to iron)

Great location in the old town, you can walk everywhere on foot; Very helpful, friendly host, who gave us many useful local recommendations; Lovely and clean studio, perfect for a couple, jacuzzi is great for relaxation in the evening after intensive days in the city!

Instructions for bath in Italian so struggled to understand and was unable to drain the tub.

Everything was perfect. We stayed 4 nights. Location, facilities, bed, and of course jacuzzi was amazing. Thank you for everything.

Antonio was great! He was very helpful with picking us up and dropping us off to the airport he also gave us an amazing list of recommendations!

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and the host took over 20 minutes to come and let us in to the flat even though they charge 15 Euro for late check in The breakfast cafe was closed and we had to walk somewhere else for breakfast The wifi was really poor On the first day the flat ran out of hot water Hot tub difficult to use (instructions only in Italian and flat doesn't have enough hot water to fill it up) Steep and tight staircase to get in - not suitable for everyone

Being scammed by the host- being charged $85 euros for a less than 10 min drive to the airport; dropping us off at a friend's very expensive restaurant when all we wanted was a traditional pizza; upselling features in the room that were not feasible, nor safe to use; very poor wifi connection, defective coffee maker, an obtrusive host who stood in our room and watched us prepare our luggage; a very narrow, steep staircase leading to the room; being told it would be fine and perfectly safe to get electrocuted by use of the in room jacuzzi; the air conditioner leaking into the tub; I could go on and on. The host was able to speak and understand English when it suited him, but was not able to understand any other time.

No host. Changed booking in times late previous night. Was made to wait for 2 hours to get in. No door number or name plaque. We had breakfast included but sent to a pasticcerie in town.via text message. Lethal and very dangerous stairwell to get to apartment, this can not be legal. Shower and toilet on this shiny tiled staircase if you slipped you would be badly injured. Fire exit window locked and not suitable to climb through at shoulder height on to glass porch below. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND WOULD NOT PASS FIRE REGULATIONS. HOST DOES NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS JUST CUTS YOU OFF. TOLD THAT AIRPORT TRANSFER WAS NOT AVAILABLE LATE THE NIGHT BEFORE ARRIVAL. A quarter of the room is taken up by a large two person jacuzzi bath.
