Located easy walking distance to train station and subway. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Decor up to date. Room and bathroom were clean. Air-conditioning was appreciated. Was able to check in early. Host very pleasant and helpful. Provided information about the Alibus to the airport. Breakfast was superb! Beautiful pastries, yogurt, cereal, juices, espresso available--a veritable cornucopia of items. Host was a very good communicator via WhatsApp.

2 of the rooms had very good light. 1 was a bit dark. This was problematic when we arrived as the power was out in the building. This also meant the air-con wasn't working then. The host met us when we arrived and explained the situation. The power was expected to be back on in a couple of hours. We left to go to the Archeological Museum and when we returned the power was back on. Hurray!

I arrived at Pika 48 and was greeted by Alfredo who showed me my room which was very nice.I had a balcony and enjoyed an espresso that i made from the coffee machine that is in the reception. The A/C kept the room cool even though it was 34°c most days I was there. After sightseeing I came back to a wonderful shower and had a good night's sleep as the room was very quiet and peaceful. Alfredo was very knowledgeable and gave me information about the area and restaurants to visit. I must say I have stayed in many places but this was amongst my best trips and I thoroughly enjoyed Napoli and Pika 48 Thanks Alfredo for a wonderful stay. Recommended

I thought everything was good

The host is very kind, he welcomed us upon arrival and gave us some tips for getting around Napoli, what to see and where to eat. His hospitality is admirable. The place is spacious enough for two couples, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood itself is safe and quiet, but even if it gets loud at night, the soundproofing is amazing! We stayed there the night when Napoli became Italian Champions and with the windows closed you couldn't hear a thing, even though it was soooooo loud everywhere outside. The location is great, 2 minutes from the central station so it's easy to get around the city and nearby places. If I could I would give a score of 100 for the place and the owner's hospitality!Highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely come back!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I was a solo traveller. I got lost within a 2mins walk to the appartment from the bus stop as I had no WiFi. I can't believe that Alfredo, who is the host, came to meet me without even knowing who I was. Alfredo was so helpful, he ensured I was well taken care of and also helped to get a tour of the coastal area at a very reasonable price in comparison to other prices that were offered online. In all my experiences, this is the best Air BnB that I've stayed at. The outside of the apartment will kind of deter you but trust me the beauty, cleanliness and comfort of the room is exceptional. RATINGS: 100/10 If I should go back to Naples this is my number choice without a doubt.

1. Location is perfect, it’s in the block just opposite of the central station and the metro line 1 and 2, also it’s really in the city center. It’s also convenient to reach the supermarkets and restaurants. 2. Facilities in the apartment work perfectly. Rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for 2-4 people to live. The shower is really cool 👍🏻 3. The owner is really friendly and hospitable !!!😆 you can just directly follow his advices of restaurants and routines for traveling. And if there was any questions he would always give answers in time via WhatsApp, really comfortable communication. 4. Finally, Napoli is really amazing, if you decide to stay here for a while, don’t hesitate to choose this apartment.

Excellent location 500 m from Garibaldi ( main terminus of Naples). Easy to catch train to Pompeii, metro to promenade to castel dell ovo, and intercity trains. Also, many one day tours will pick you up from starhotel terminus. Alberto our host was excellent with welcoming us, gave us good guidance on getting around naples. He was contactable throughout our 3N stay and attended promptly our request. A very pleasant stay

Kitchen needs tea towels for drying and big ladle for soups. Breakfast is croissants and coffee at nearby cafe ( not in apartment), not a big problem but the cafe was not ready to serve at 630 am.

It felt like home or staying with a really good friend. The room was large and everything was above expectations. Alfredo the host was attentive to all details and kept the property clean on a daily basis, he was always ready to help in anyway he could and wow the breakfasts. The area certainly had character and was close to transport, tours and some nice restaurants. I highly and enthusiastically recommend B&B Pika 48 to all.

I like the hospitality and the clarity in communication of the host. He contacted me a day before check in to confirm my timing and ensure that I have a smooth check in. He checked in on me daily with a text to ensure everything's OK with my stay. I appreciate it very much! The location is excellent. The room is very clean and spacious with a small balcony. I was nursing a cold and the abundant supply of licorice tea bags helped me to recover!

This is a family business operated by a lovely family. The host was very polite and helpful. Excellent location of the apartment close to the train station and just a few minutes away from the city center via the Umberto street. The room was super clean, modern and comfortable.

Nothing to comment in reality. As happen to other Europeans cities, the area close to the main train station is not ideal to walk during very late at night.
