Set up to the highest standards. Modern, stylish, and squeaky clean. The lighting is amazing, with many possible combinations (starlight, spots, fill lights, night lights, etc). Some other notable things: memory foam pillows, shower with LEDs showing the water temperature, bidet, AC in every room, mosquito nets, remote controlled curtains. The kitchen is equipped to the fullest: capsule coffee machine, capsules, black coffee, sugar and artificial sweeteners, oil and spices, and any kitchen equipment you may need, even a pasta colander. You also get some complimentary alcohol and soft drinks. The location is central and within a walk distance from most of the attractions, close to metro, train station and ports.

Excellent location as expected from map, just at the edge of ZTL zone means you are getting close to the center of the city without having to drive in the ZTL area, clean, functional apartment, basically new interior, everything worked, Roberto was a genuinely kind and awesome host, one of the best hosts I've met

Street noise was the only significant weakness of apartment- bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because it never really quiets down on this street until late at night. Shower was a little small but functioned well.

The pictures don't do it justice! This is a beautiful condo, and Roberto was so kind and thoughtful, anticipating our needs. It was pristine clean, bright, and spacious. I slept on the sofa bed, and it had a great mattress. I was expecting an uncomfortable bed, but no.. I slept so comfortably. Location-There is a coffee shop right downstairs, and a couple of minutes walk to a taxi rank. The #8 stop on the hop on hop off bus red line is also just a few minutes walk away. So close to everything.

I live in a downtown condo, so the car noise didn't bother me, but my mum couldn't sleep as the traffic kept waking her up on the first night. I put on some white noise the second night, and she slept like a baby.

Enough places to spent more days in Naples. Modern furnitures, equipped some confotable machines, things to mde the living comfortable.

There was so noisy at night, but it is not the faulty of the accomodation. Naples is very noisy unfotunately.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Toiletries and slippers were provided just like a hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning welcome. The small kitchenette area had adequate utensils for use. All the locks on the doors made us feel very safe and the building had a working lift with no charge to use. Roberto had kindly left us a variety of drinks to enjoy during our stay. The apartment is within easy access of the metro and a 10 minutes walk to Garibaldi train station for trains to Sorrento and Pompéi. Roberto graciously arranged airport transfers for us as well as kept our luggage after check out as we had an evening flight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment.

Not the fault of the apartment. Naples is a very noisy city that never sleeps. Ensure you take some ear plugs with you to block out the traffic noise while sleeping.

Wow! This apartment exceeded our expectations. Roberto is so friendly, kind, and accessible. He allowed us to check-in earlier at noon. You can tell Roberto took great care in designing the apartment. It is beautiful and modern with thoughtful design elements. It is also spotless! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, cutlery, microwave, toaster, induction stove, coffee machine. The fridge was stocked with free drinks (prosecco, beer, soda, water) which was so nice after a long journey. It is also big enough to fit our 3 pizza boxes! The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable - the most comfortable on our trip so far. The shower/bathroom is spacious, clean, and toiletries are provided. Roberto obviously takes into account these reviews as he added extremely large towels (which smell great) in addition to the smaller ones. Water pressure from an amazing rainfall shower head was decent. The water pressure is excellent when using the handheld shower attachment. We had no issues with noise at night. The location could not be better - 10-15 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute walk to the metro which is 1 stop from the train station. We were able to walk the entire city center from this location. We felt very safe as there are 3 locked doors that you must enter before you get into the room (the door out to the street, the door into the foyer of 2 apartments, and the apartment for door itself). Being so close to the Metro it was safe for us to go out at night and arrive home via the Metro without having to walk through dark alleys. A perfect stay - we would never stay anywhere else in Napoli. Thank you Roberto for making our trip so lovely - we will always remember you!

The property was in close proximity to the water and the city. It was exceptionally clean with facilities you don’t usually get in a regular stay. I had all the qualities of an actual home. Expresso machine, kettle, microwave, plates, silverware, oven top, etc. It even came with slippers to walk around the room. The owner is very kind and generous. When he greeted us with our keys, he had prepared the fridge with a few beverages such as wines, sodas, juices, and water. I thought that was so lovely!

From the property, you can hear some of the street noise but it wasn’t a problem for my boyfriend and I when we were trying to sleep. I just noticed it during the day.

This was an amazing stay. Roberto was kind enough to meet us at the airport and welcome us to his place, which was impreccably clean, beutifully decorated and well.designed. You have all the toiletries and towels you need, a microwave, blender, and espresso machine with capsules provided, along with some soft drinks. The communication througout was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the AC is working great. You also have Netflix on wide screen tv. The location is amazing as you can reach the main station in 10 minutes by foot, metro in 1 minute and the docks in 15 minutes. It is also close to some great restaurants and main sights. Now, it is on the main road, but the sound isolation blocks everything except occasional honking. Almost perfect accomodation, would always dtay here while in Napoli.

Although we loved the accomodation, and was close to perfect, this might not be for people who dont like AC and love to sleep with windows open (it can get loud with them open, but is otherwise amazingly sound isolated) or would love to have an amazing view from the bedroom. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, as the location, the host and the design of the accomodation was perfect.

The apartment was clean and Roberto was always available via WhatsApp. The location was right next to Duomo tube station and a short walk into the old town. One stop on the metro from the main train station or a 13 minute walk. Ideal place for exploring Naples.

this place well exceeded our expectations! it had a kitchen that was so well stocked you could properly cook if you wanted to! the location is excellent, Roberto was wonderful and helpful and the place was comfy, cosy and quiet. if we come back to Naples we will definitely be staying here
