Close to bus and train and to city centre. About 15-20 minutes by walk from busstation with bags and everything. Quite easy to find and had a small elevator so you did not have to carry your bags in the stairs. Nice room for good price. since weather was very warm the small fridge in the room was very appreciated. Felt like a safe street although we went inside before darkness.

The host seemed quite keen that we would write a positive review and asked us twice to do that (first time when we left and second by text message after we left). Yes tourism is exchange of service and money but well...for me that was a first.

Location: The location was really good and in close walking distance to great restaurants, bars and the train station. The hotel was also only a 5 minute walk from the famous pizzería Da Michele which is a must in Naples. Breakfast: The breakfast was really good and was delivered to our room at the time we specified. Customer Service: Overall the Customer service was really good. This was the First time we have visited Naples and Peppee was very helpful and provided us with directions to restaurants and shops we wanted to go.

We arrived outside the Napoli Centrale train station on the Airport Bus. It was an easy 13 min walk to EMME21( obviously you could just use a taxi but we were watching the Euros). Antonio provided easy instructions an a short video on how to access the property. The property is just off the Corso Umberto I in a quiet location. It a great location to stay for exploring Naples. The Duomo Metro is close by giving you access to further areas of Naples and beyond. A short 3min walk to the famed L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Pizza. A 5min from EMME21will get you to the street (Via Forcella) that leads on to the lively Via Vicaria Vecchia with plenty of bars and restaurants. Also the location of the traditional craft of Presepe. We were only staying the night before catching the train onto Palermo, Sicily. An excellent way to travel to Sicily. We had hoped the stay at EMME21 on our return but unfortunately it was already booked for those dates. Lovely breakfast in the morning, many thanks Antonio.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and places to set out our things. Antonio was there during the morning hours - at breakfast and was friendly and helpful. He reserved a taxi to the airport for us. It’s located within approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk to Napoli Centrale train station, the old district, the port etc so well located. Breakfast was good.

I was a little put off at first by the self check in process , but it was actually easy and well explained. The building is secure. There was a little noise one morning from other guests down the hall checking out early I think, but not during the night. It was quiet overall.

The property was in a central locations, very secure and everything was updated and immaculately clean inside. The staff members were working kind and welcoming and made my experience so pleasant. They are extremely accommodating and very friendly. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Naples area.

The room was pristine clean, the self check-in was well explained, the staff was polite and welcoming and the breakfast was good and served directly to the room. The room was quiet, close to everything by foot, including the port to take the ferry to ischia. All in all, loved it and would rebook

We got a bit lost when searching for the door, but that was mostly Google maps' fault, and the bed was a bit squeaky

Older version of European plug sockets which meant none of our adapters fit. This might be helpful to be a warning to advise people to bring the appropriate adapter.

Location was great, lovely breakfast served in room; one day earlier than normal as we were taking a day trip and the gentleman that runs the accommodation served it as requested kindly. Lovely room.

The room cleaning which was done by the same gentleman I understand was annoying... My clothes were relocated to random areas of the room, to the point of doing that with underwear and PJs!!! It seemed as if he was mainly cheeky as only once in 4 nights were the towels changed. I found this inappropriate and unprofessional, not to mention how it annoyed me while on holiday. Also, he did not mention taxes until we left via text. In my experience and understanding, it is normally noted at Check-in and not AFTER Checkout! My friend who is a lawyer refuses to pay that and I am now struggling with how to handle this. I have been using booking.com for years and am level 3 genius, never experienced this.

Great price quality ratio. We had all we needed for a short stay in Naples. There's a desk and you can easily work from there, the wifi is good. Perfect location, you can walk to the center easily.

The breakfast could be better, they could provide fresh croissant instead of packaged ones. The coffee was good though.

Very clean and comfortable room, good value for money and a super friendly host who helped us with directions, taxi to airport, an early breakfast etc. Not far from main streets with cafes, bars, restaurants and just a stones throw from the famous Antica pizzeria da Michele. Grazie mille!
