The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. No need to bring a hairdryer as they supply one for you. There was no breakfast but there was a coffee machine and a variety of teas. There was also a microwave in the communal dining area should you need one, which I thought was a great touch. They also supply wine glasses and cups etc. And there is also a kettle in the rooms. There are so many bars and restaurants around the area. There was nothing I didn’t like, but just a couple of suggestions; perhaps some cutlery in the dining area. One evening I brought back a takeaway pizza which was not cut ( to my surprise), so a knife and fork would’ve been very much appreciated. ( not usual practise I know, but the owner Biagio is so nice, I’m sure he’d accommodate) And although there is plenty of shower gel, a small bar of soap for washing your hands at the sink would be great.

The host Biagio, was amazing. Very polite and welcoming. He was a huge help with what to do and see and on arrival gave a quick and helpful guide on what to do and see ect The building itself is a flat with a few private en suite rooms, which were clean, modern, large and comfortable. The location is perfect right in the middle of the hussle and bustle and you couldn’t ask for anymore value. If you want somewhere to stay in central Naples where it’s comfortable , clean , welcoming and private this it is.

Biagio was a wonderful host, always checking to ensure we were OK. He provided us with information on things to do and recommended eateries. He was happy to arrange airport taxi transfers at short notice and let us keep our room for longer on the last day as we had a late flight. The room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. L'Ammor e Napule Is located on Spaccanapoli and you can people watch from the small balcony - the hustle and bustle of Neapolitan life is a joy to see. The property is in a great location in the Centro Storico overlooking Via San Gregorio Armeno (Christmas Alley). We absolutely loved Naples and will return again!

It was a little disappointing to not have coffee available in the mornings but unfortunately a previous guest had broken the machine so beyond Biagio’s control. Luckily it is plentiful once outside.

The place is excellent and the host Biagio is always a call away if you need anything. My train to the city was more than 8 hours late so I arrived to the station almost at midnight. Biagio kept checking that I was ok and even picked me up and took me to property in his car. The location has to be one of the best in town, in the middle of the historic centre with so many great places around to eat or have an aperitivo. My room was huge and had everything I needed (fridge, wifi, tv, aircon and even a balcony). The bathroom was also huge and spotless clean. Would definitely be back. Grazie mille Biagio!

Nothing I didn't like.

The property is very well located in the City center of the old city, namely it is on Spaccanapoli. It is quite close to everything in the Old city center, and you can easily go to the most important sights from there. Even if it is in the old city center, you can rest in the evening, as it is well protected from the outside noise. The apartment is clean with well maintained furniture &facilities.

The shower cabin needs some improvements.

The place was in a perfect localization, old town from where you can easly walk to most of the interesting places to visit. Close to the metro station and walkable distance to main train station. The room and bathroom was clean with all needed suppliance. And I really appreciate the extra steps the host took. I left my airpods, they fall under the bed and without any problems he took extra step and sent it over to me. That was so nice of him!

Fantastic location with a sweet balcony looking over a busy street! Our host picked us up at the train station saving us a taxi ride. He was very attentive and available. The rooms are off of a small common room with coffee, tea and tables and chairs. We borrowed a chair from here so we could have two in our room. The bathroom is very nice and everything is super clean. The neighborhood is terrific with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

I wish there was more seating in the room. The room was a good size and could easily accommodate two chairs and a table in addition to the bed and small desk for more comfort hanging out. That said I loved this place and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Biagio was an excellent host, arranged transport from airport and forwarded info on ferries to head to Amalfi. Very helpful. The accommodation was in a fabulous part of the old town and central walking where we needed to go. Accomodation was simple, exceptionally clean and had a lovely little balcony to sit out and watch the fun below. We felt very safe there, security for the building was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Biagio and his family were very friendly and efficient hosts, with very good communication and advice on things to do in the Naples area. The B&B is very well located in the heart of the Centro Storico, but because our room was set back from the street, there wasn't any noise. The air conditioning worked very well and the room was clean and tidy. Good value for money.

There weren't any real negatives; everything worked fine.

Brilliant central location, very clean and comfortable and host Biagio could not have been more helpful. Room has air con, beautiful mural and lighting, kettle with teabags, en-suite and little balcony to sit on and take up the atmosphere. Access via dining room with plates, glasses etc and coffee machine, access to fridge, microwave, white wine fridge (€5 per bottle), which proved very useful to be able to have quiet time with a picnic at home as a respite from walking around in the heat. Biagio was great at telling us about places for good food (Tandem Raghu was delicious), local attractions (subterranean Roman Naples was really great place with excellent €2 tour guide). We chose to take local trains but he offered to organise trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum etc. He arranged taxied transfers to and from the airport which was very efficient and €25 each way. Biagio offered to be contacted at any time if we needed help or advice. Room was cleaned with fresh linens every third day, fantastic service!

A few more plug points would be useful, for modern chargers etc.
