Francesca was an excellent host, always available for tips of the city and providing a good service (good breakfast, changing sheets and towels). The room was also comfortable enough for 4 adults.

The breakfast was only served from 8:30am on, which is a bit late if you want to get around the city earlier. I'd rather have it around 7:30am.

Perfect location close to the historic center and only 30 min. by foot to the railway station and to the port. The room was clean, with fantastic view to the city. The bed was very comfortable and despite the busy street it was quiet thanks to the double windows and the blinds. The breakfast was very good as well, we could have it on the balcony or there was also an option to have breakfast in the bar nearby. And finally, Francesca was the best hostess we ever had. We had perfect communication and she was always so thoughtful and kind :-) Thank you so much for everything! :-)

The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable beds, spacious room and newly renovated bathroom. Francesca is lovely. She contacted me few days before arrival, gave me different transport options and their cost from the airport and at our request she organised a private car to pick us up. She waited for us at the building entry and showed us to our room as the way to the apartment is a little tricky. She also gave us different transport options to Sorento as Napoly was only a short stop for us. She also researched and sent me restaurants that cater for gluten free. Just few minutes up the road there is an all gluten free patisserie and cafe. The breakfast was amazing. Francesca and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free requirements. There was a great selection of pastries, coffee, juices, yoghurt etc. All in all our stay was short but very comfortable. The apartment is central to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Big comfortable room, very clean on top location. It’s a step away from the old historical city. It’s at the busy road, but the balcony and windows are super soundproof and you don’t hear anything. For me the view was really great, because you could observe the real napolitalian chaotic life and old buildings. The hostess is very nice, even if we didn’t meet her, she gave us very precise informations how to enter the building. She even arranged us a breakfast in the near caffe, because we had to leave early in the morning and hotel’s cafeteria was still closed. There is also very good bus conection to airport.

The room was everything we needed - big bed with comfortable pillows (can’t say that for all places we stayed), decent shower, clean, and we loved the big balcony! The check in process was very smooth and our host was so nice & welcoming & sent us lots of recommendations & helped us schedule a taxi to the airport. The location was great for us since we wanted to get to the airport the next day. A bit of a walk to the port but there are 2 convenient metro stations. And it was a great price!

Nothing really, for the price, the room was great

Nice spacious room and lovely to have the balcony. The TV came with Netflix which is always a nice touch. Having the breakfast included was so nice and even better that you can have it in your room. We chose to have it on our balcony each morning. The hosts were absolutely amazing I can’t thank them enough for their great service.

Nothing really, it was a great place to stay. A bit further from the centre maybe but there’s a metro stop minutes away.

Room was value for money with nice views. A lot of restaurants close by within walking distance. Although placed next to a bigger street the room itself is well soundproofed and it was quiet at night. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was served to the room and was super delicious. Communication with the hosts was easy.

Getting to the room when arriving was a bit of a navigation specially when arriving later in the evening. Instructions we're good but we didn't get in from the main door until someone let us in.

Perfect stay at museo 19 Francesca and Allisio were both very helpful and even booked us a restaurant and taxi. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Very central for everything, and metro just across the road. We chose to have breakfast on our balcony and the choice was sweet or savoury and had one of each. Adequate enough to take you through till lunchtime.

All good nothing to not like

Everything was just perfect, the room was stunning and functional. The private balcony was the perfect place to have our savoury breakfast prepared by Francesca with all the care and super tasty! (You can choose between a sweet or savoury breakfast which is super convenient and thoughtful) Self-check-in was done in a very simple and easy way. Perfect location right on Piazza Cavour and the heart of the city, you can walk easily to the main attractions and have everything nearby (restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops). Francesca was amazing and so helpful! Will surely come again in the future.

There is nothing to point out, everything was just perfect.
