We found the hotel to be quite comfortable and pleasant, if a little quirky. Perched on a hill, it has quite a unique layout, with most of the rooms on a lower level than the lobby. We certainly liked the outdoor swimming pool, which is large and well-maintained. Abundant parking, which is hard to find to Noto. About a 20-minute walk to the centre of town, but a fairly pleasant walk (except for the occasional homicidal driver). An abundant and delicious breakfast in a large, oddly decorated dining room, peopled by a large number of quiet, formally dressed waiters. We felt that we were extras in a Visconti movie. But the room was quiet and comfortable (with a large deck), and the front desk staff very helpful.

The wifi did not work in our room (although we got moved to another room, with functioning wifi, immediately after we notified the management).

During our 30 day European trip this was the 16th hotel and for us it classed as one of the best hotels. A hotel definitely to go back to. Warm welcome by the reception . Always ready to help you. The restaurant service was a really professional treat. Excellent waiters service with care. All very smartly dressed. Well done also to management. Very well organised. Even in the breakfast. Very good selection of food. Room was great very spacious with very good natural lighting . Bathroom with a very good shower . We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all oy you.

Next door was a bit noisy as they put the music very high in the afternoon. We did not complain as we wanted them to enjoy there holiday . Youngsters!!!! But there was nothing wrong with the hotel. I suggest in bathroom to install side mirror with some white light to be able to shave properly. Italian hotel tend to suffer from this problem . You never get this in Germany ,France and not even in England.

comfy beds and pillow, near train, had pool and happy staff

spa area was explained when used. jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough, the massage room wasn’t dark, there was no face cradle on her table for face and you had to keep head turned which was very uncomfortable. No bolster for under knees either. pool needed updating and no bar.

Beautiful hotel. Really clean. Staff is great. Good breakfast selection catering for gluten free and almond milk available, Pool is nice. It’s a bit far from the centre, around a 15-20min walk on a bit of a hill, so by the time you get there you are already tired. We tried dining at the restaurant one evening, food was fine but portions are really small. We ended up going to centre to dine again.

The hotel is very clean and has its own parking which is very good as in the centre of town it is very difficult to find parking. The buffet breakfast is very good with a lot of different options. The pool area is also very nice and clean. Our quadrable room was very spacious with a very big terrace.

It is not in the centre of the town so you will have to walk approx 15 to 20 minutes to reach the centre.

The hotel is pleasant to stay in. The room is extremely large, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The hotel has excellent heating, which was important to us, because the nights in January are cold. The breakfast is excellent and varied, but the best thing is the fresh orange juice made for you by the friendly waiters.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty . Friendly staff who speaks English , free gated parking that closes at 1am . Pool area was clean . Free wifi with strong connection.

Bed was a little bit uncomfortable but that’s my personal choice.

The hotel is in walking distance to the old roof Noto (15 - 20 min to the cathedral). It has a nice pool, the staff was friendly and our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent!!!

Everything was okay, but you could make much more out of this place. The equipment of the room was rather basic. It is difficult to reach the hotel pool. The bars could be better staffed. Information about hotel facilities was a bit poor.

The hotel is in a great location (when you are travelling with your car) to visit Noto. It is a very spacious hotel with friendly staff, parking on site and a lovely pool area (that unfortunately we did not use but hope to return some time in summer). Breakfast was great! The room was spacious, and had a spa bath. We appreciated the fruit and Prosecco welcome gift - such a nice initiative!! It was the perfect place to access the centre of Noto and the Infiorata :)

Very comfortable large hotel that seems to cater to tour buses. That said, we enjoyed our stay as independent travelers there. Drive right into the hotel parking lot and leave your car. 10 minute walk into charming old town Noto. Also an easy 5 minute drive to really wonderful Lido Noto (beach) which has brown sugar sand and several good eating options right on the water.

Large and somewhat impersonal, but staff were generally friendly.
