Excellent hotel with excellent location located at 1 km from the beach,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ´Guisy’ she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, restaurant bar and 2nd swimming pool (with see water) are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Giusy for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The vacation at Villa Felice was one of our best experiences, and we are travelling a lot. The name Villa Felice is promising, and it will truely make you happy spending your holiday here. The location is located in a charming environment of lemon trees and has the typical character of an Italian Agriturismo. Simply idylic! Everything here is made with love and all team members, as well as the owners, let you feel the welcoming habits of the Italian culture. A feeling of belonging! The flat was equipped with an outside kitchen, was cosy and offering everything we needed. It was attached to a beautiful little garden. The breakfast was served in the main building, which also features a swimming pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast was offering the typical Italian foods and delicious cakes. The cakes were freshly baked every day and I am still in love with the pistachio cake of Felicetta! My wife is living gluten- and milk-free, and was receiving her own special cake! Thanks again for this not expected extra! So people with celiachia: here is your holiday spot! The own restaurant of the hotel was also offering freshly cooked dinners, of local classics, with the best Italian ingredients. Again intollerances/food allergies were respected and the whole team did a great service! As the family is also owning the neighboring Agritorismo, we were also allowed to use its pools or have a lunch snack there. This location proofs: If you really put love into something, it has to be good! We will definately return! Thanks for a great vacation!

This was one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed in. The whole grounds are lush and green full of lemon and other citrus trees, everything is well laid out. Our room was clean and cozy, housekeeping was impecable. We felt so well taken care of. The whole hotel staff was lovely and so friendly to ud and our little daughter. We felt welcomed and at home. Especiaĺy Slavatore was just a spectacular host! Breakfasts were wonderful, freshly squeezed orange juice was served to us every morning, home made cakes and pastries were incredible. If you are staying here, do yourself a favor and visit hotel restaurant for dinner - the food is fantastic, their chef is genius! There was also plenty room for parking and parking is covered with solar panels, so your car doesn’t get too hot and it’s good for the environment! This was trully an oasis of peace for us and whenever we go back to Sicily, we are gonna stay here again!

Quiet, clean and well maintained resort with bungalows hours spread among lemon trees. Charming. The houses themselves were not fancy, but comfortable, spacious (at least for a family of 3 or 4) decently equipped. 3 swimming pools to choose among, between Villa Felicia and the adjacent (sister) structure Terra dei Limoni. Breakfast was abundant in choice and of good quality. certaibly above usual (poor) Italian standards and probably not disapponting foreigners used to more than biscuits and croissants. Coffee in particular was amazing. Staff was great. Friendly and professional. It is just a perfect place to find some quiet and silence. Very well located to visit few spots in the south-east of the island.

Nothing I really did not like. Perhaps the kitchen could be a little more equipped. It was not a problem for us as we did not really cook tho. Overall the place is highly recommendable and I will consider it again if I travel in the area.

I can't recommend this place enough. We were on a two week driving holiday around Sicily and we stopped here for four nights in our middle weekend. It was a perfect choice after the hussle and bussle in the towns. Surrounded by lemon groves it was perfect for a bit of R&R. Our room had a little kitchenette so we cooked for ourselves on two nights and I managed to wash out and get dry some undies. Perfectly placed for site seeing Noto, Siraccusa etc. The room was spotlessly clean, the owners couldn't have been more helpful with directions and advice on parking and breakfast was amazing, a wonderful buffet of savoury and sweet. It was absolutely perfect.

This property was a delight , nestled amongst the lemon grove. We had booked a large room and was not disappointed the bedroom was huge as was the en-suite ( size of a small flat!) . The room was clean and modern , bed very comfortable. Great on site parking . Breakfast was a feast out under the pergola. The pool was superb, clean and you could actually swim in it rather than a ‘fun pool’ . We didn’t visit the local beach but used it as a base to visit Vendicari, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero. We ate at the restaurant -food and wine very good

We recommend Villa Felicia! This small oasis of relaxation in between the lemon and olive trees brought instant relaxation. We stayed in this hotel for one night only, but would surely book again (and for longer). We recommend visiting this hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities such as the multiple pools that are available. The beach (lido de Noto) was less interesting and very quiet around this time (May 2024). We visited Noto City which is easily traveled to by car, which is a very nice historical place- but the hotel is nice enough to simply stay there if the weather is good. Every person on the staff was kind and friendly and they personalized their service by joining us in the birthday celebrations at midnight. Both breakfast and dinner were very impressive, looking at the options available and the taste of the dishes. You do not need to look for other restaurants if you book here. Big compliment to host Salvatore and family.

The screws of the bed need to be tightened, bed was squeaky :D, that's it.

We stayed at the sister location around the corner which was on an enormous Lemon Grove. We had a wonderful apartment and a huge pool to ourselves. It was so peaceful and gave us change e to relax for a few days before we carried on around our Sicilian adventure. Breakfast was great and we had dinner at Villa Felicia one night which was delicious. The staff were lovely, helpful and happy to recommend places to eat and visit locally.

We had lots of our own freshly squeezed lemon juice but would have enjoyed a coffee machine for early morning coffee in our cabin.

Everything! The staff was very welcoming and nice from the moment we arrived. They showed us to our room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed and superior shower! I would definitely suggest to have a dinner at the location as it was very tasty and also service was very polite and nice. Also breakfast was very good, tasty and there were lots of food to choose from. We were in Sicily for a week and this was the best place was stayed at. Thank your for the warm reception!

Beautiful property. If you're renting a car, it's the perfect place to stay in this region. While it's a simple property (minimal on-site dining aside from a fantastic breakfast), the pool area is perfect. The staff are also incredibly helpful, especially with navigating the local area. You're able to also access the property next door (5 min walk), which has an additional, bigger pool, and lunchtime snacks available. Both properties are so incredibly well looked after and a bonus that the car park is fully shaded.
