Perfect location to spend a couple restful days in Noto. The brothers who run the establishment are super friendly and helpful. Their restaurant Naché just a couple blocks away is superb. Loved the fresh crusty bread that was served at breakfast alongside home-made preserves.

The sliding "barn door" to the bathroom in our room was decorative and nice to look at, but suffered functionally. It was difficult to slide about and made a lot of noise when it did.

Super comfortable beds and pillows, lovely large bathroom and plenty of storage. The welcome was warm and genuine, and we really enjoyed interacting with the owners throughout our stay. We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant ' Nache ' which Zioli also runs - the same warm hospitality, good food and a really nice outside seating area. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop and the jacussi one evening too - highly recommend!

The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, but my husband would have preferred more savoury options as most of the offerings are sweet - cake, jam, yogurt, desserts. There was a plate of meat and cheese, but perhaps some simple, non-sugary breakfast cereal would be a good addition.

Fantastic hosts (friendly and very helpful), home from home feeling, lovely room, great breakfast with quality and locally sourced ingredients and brilliant location in the centre of the old town and a stine's throw from all the main attractions.

Not much at all. Minor quibbles would be... availability of ironing board I missed tea / coffee making facilities in the room (tea, coffee and a well stocked fridge) was available in the kitchen area.

Absolutely delightful little gem of a place right off the main pedestrian street in Noto. The design and style of the accommodations were fantastic, a gorgeous place overall. Spacious, classy and comfortable. The two brothers that run the place go above and beyond to ensure their customers comfort. Super stay, thank you so much.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is located just steps from the main pedestrian street and all of the city center attractions. The property includes a rooftop bar and beautiful breakfast room. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke perfect English. This is a wonderful choice if you are visiting Noto.

Great hospitality from the three brothers who run the business. Very pleasant in communication and always there to help and make your stay comfortable. They also run restaurant Nachè which is worth to visit. It’s nice to have a drink at the end of the day on the rooftop of the hotel.

Owners are very nice and helpful. Food is fabulous. Accommodations are nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

We stayed at the Maisonette which was nice but on a very noisy street with no breakfast. I would go back, but stay in the main house where you get breakfast and the lovely roof top patio.

Good location. Friendly hosts, who also run a restaurant in the town, Nachè – which they only mentioned because we asked, and which we found to be very good. Nice breakfast with good choice. Comfy room. Noto is a great place to visit and to stay overnight when there are less visitors.

We loved our hosts. They were so helpful. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Noto. The house is full of antiques, which is fine but they do have to be functional and give comfort. The house needed more comfort for travellers but I think we were the first guests to use this house and I am sure things will be remedied. I would certainly stay here again.

Ziolì is centrally located but in a fairly quiet side street. The B&B was well renovated: cozy and functional. Alessandro welcomed us with courtesy and helpfulness. Breakfast was carefully prepared: delicious homemade cakes and cookies, according to the local tradition.
