The room was very clean, with plenty of space for clothes. The air-conditioning worked very well. The tv had plenty of channels. The shared bathroom was cleaned regularly through the day, and the shower was powerful. The small balcony was nice to sit on. The owners were very nice and polite. The breakfast was basic but very good, croissant, bread roll, butter, jams, coffee, fruit, bottled water, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Amazing view of the lake from the breakfast/lounge area. Check-in/check-out painless (we managed to check in early. There are plenty of places to explore and restaurants, quiet bars and cafes within a short drive away.

The garage was a bit of a challenge to get into with such a steep driveway. Not for the feint hearted... I'm just being a little bit picky here... the room could do with a couple of drying hooks to hang damp towels onto, and the shower needs a shelf to put shampoo/conditioner bottles, sponges, etc, on. No amenities within walking distance.

Very comfy room in a beautiful house. The whole house was very clean, with brand-new equipment. Delicious breakfasts, with fresh orange juice and coffee. The owners were lovely! The common bathroom is shared between 2 rooms (up to 4 people) and it wasn't an issue. 3rd room has its bathroom.

A steep and winding driveway is a real challenge. It's better (and safer) to leave the car next to the main road (via Piave).

Very nice stuff! Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Coffee available all the time. The mutual bathroom was very clean. The place is on a hill, there is a nice view from the living room. We were wondering if our car can get to the parking spot, but for a Fiat 500 it was not a big problem :)

Clean and comfortable house. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was Ok, not too much variety compared to other places. Close to Lecco. Friendly staff/owner

The Villa is located up on a steep part of the mountain. The views of the lake are incredible. All you hear are the birds. The room was big and bed very comfortable. Likewise the bathroom. I had no interference from the family. In fact it was nice to see their children playing around in the garden. They were very polite.

Being on a steep hill makes it difficult to walk up to it and the buses stop further down the hill. Breakfast was supposed to consist of fresh Croissants but as these were delivered after 8, I never had any as I had to leave at 7.30 for work. I had to make do with packed croissants as there was no bread either. At least they had fresh orange juice and a kettle for coffee. Moreover communication was difficult as the woman spoke neither english nor an italian which I could understand.
