Wonderful location on the side of the lake and has breathtaking views. A very nice promenade is nearby to do sports or just have a nice walk along the lake. The rooms are spacious. It’s a family-run business and the owners are a very nice Italian couple. They are super helpful, accommodating, and kind. Even though we did not stay in our intended room the first night, but they made it up and provided us with an amazing lake-view hotel.

The room did not include amenities such as electric kettle, coffee and cups, but they accommodated hot water from the bar on a daily basis free of charge. The room price is somehow costly considering that it does not include breakfast and such amenities.

Luciano and his wife were very gracious and welcoming. Lovely location, quiet and excellent restaurant right next door. Brand new bed was very comfortable. Outdoor breakfast area was a wonderful way to start the day. Rm # 2 has a wonderful balcony over looking the court yard and fabulous views of the mountain above Lecco.

The hotel is a bit worn. However considering we just went thru a COVID pandemic I am sure it impacts replacement schedules drastically. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very spacious room, comfortable beds, big bathroom with good shower. Splendid AC. Room better than many four star hotels. Charming host -hostess. Beautiful setted. Quiet room although a big restaurant next door.

A bit dated reception area, but that just added to the charm. It’s approximately 1,5 km walk to the Center of the beautiful town of Lecco, but there are restaurants close.

The bed & pillows were excellent. Had a really good sleep as was comfortable and quiet.

Location is a little way out of town, but walking is doable if you walk along the river. That said, the hotel is located in a lovely quiet square next to a decent restaurant. Despite being located away from town, parking can be a bit hit or miss. There are a dozen or so spaces within 50 yds, but if these are taken, one can end up hunting for a place for quite a while.

The location was perfect with restaurants close-by, along with other facilities. Location was quiet. Breakfast was nicely laid out and more than sufficient for hungry people. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were typically Italian, and cleaned each day. Taxi transport was a bit expensive but public transport was very good

Nothing really that we were not happy with.

Our room, bed, water pressure, heat, WiFi was all good. We had a quiet night. We found a parking spot very close to the hotel. The hotel is right by the water but a good walk to the promenade.

The lobby and breakfast room could use some updating.

There was a typical Italian breakfast. I would prefer to have as well some more variety of foods (e.g. some vegetables like tomato, ketchup and normal bread).

this structure is simply amazing, located in front of the river Adda in an old district of Lecco. We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a junior suite on the last floor with no extra charge, simply gorgeous. The suite is exceptional and almost brand new , king size double bed and amazing bathroom , the owner told us that he is about to also build a small pool inside the suite.

do not expect a continental breakfast but rather think about a standard italian one , coffee and croissant ! Thus, this is more than enough , if you expect something more then choose some other Hiltons or 5 star Hotel elsewhere......

The property was wonderful! the hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. bathrooms were great - hot water, spacious and plenty of towels. the balcony was amazing! the hosts were amazing - so helpful and gracious!
