Lovely guest house. We stayed for 3 nights & it was great to have kettle & fridge. Spacious room. Short walk into centre (10-15 mins). Olbia Terranova closest train station. Bus stop to airport near Terranova. Great supermarket nearby with good selection of wine, olive, cheese etc. at good value prices. (MD supermercati, a bit like LIDL). Good communication from host.

Roberto was wonderful at engaging with us. Such a lovely man. The accomodation was sparking clean and lovely. There was a breakfast available. It was a 2k walk to the port but bus were readily available. Also bus to the beach. Roberto helped us with dinner reservations and a taxi to the airport. Beautiful little garden for sundowners.

Really nice guest house just about 15min walking out of the central area. Parking lots are always easy to find in the area around the accommodation, mostly just in front of the place and free( within white lines) . Mobil check in is great. Nice balcony. Room is spacious. Mostly quiet.

The bed in my room made noises when turning

We arrived later than planned due to a delayed flight so it was 11.30pm when we got there. This wasn't a problem and we were met with a smile and showed around. The room was really clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 4 and we slept well. Breakfast was simple but good and we enjoyed the garden.

Everything was amazing at this property. The check in was smooth, the room was clean and had everything you need. The outside area is cute and one can relax peacefully. Only 20mins walk to Olbia city centre. Plenty of parking.

Close to airport, clean spacious room. Even though we arrived a bit earlier than expected, Roberto helped us check in remotely and helped book an airport transfer for us. Able to park nearby for free.

No lift, stairs to walk up to room if you have luggage be aware. Check in from 3pm is a bit late compared to most places.

Very clean, lovely interior. Everything was living up to our expectations, so I can confirm the positive reviews. I also felt very safe as the place is properly locked. Roberto from the reception was very helpful in providing all the tips and recommendations we need!

Roberto is such a nice host and made all the difference in our stay. Such a friendly face to complete the experience. We ate at a vert nice sushi restaurant at 15 min walk (meiwei restaurant).

Very friendly staff and very clean property.

Very thick pillows but not for everyone it would be negative. I think it's worth to provide two different thicknesses because sleeping on the own arm is not comfortable.
