The Hotel is immersed in beatyfull green. Lots of open space. Landscaping very well kept. Breakfast outside is renvigorating. Parking the car right outside the room. Very spacious room with all amenities in place neat and clean. Quality of the room was exceptional. Charging the car reserved and alternate arranged when the charger was found not a 100% operational. "Mr ... the charging is free, enjoy your stay." : )) Absolutely, first choice in searching a stay.

I decided to stay here because of a conference at the Milano Convention Center (MiCo), to share the distance between Malpensa airport and entrance to Milano (~22 min Hotel <--> MiCo without traffic) . The price was very attractive compared to downtown offers: I combined my stay with a rental car and parking possibilities at the MiCo center. Some of the plus points of the MO.OM Hotel: - Art decoration, cleanness, polite staff - Rich breakfast with good Italian coffee (although from machine) - Variety of pillows in the room - lighting combinations - Free of charge, spacious, underground parking at the hotel

The interior of the hotel was contemporary looking. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful, and provided transportation services to different locations within close proximity (service charge). We used the transportation services to go to lake como (roughly 80 euro).

The hotel location is definitely not situated for guest that do not have a vehicle. If you do not have a vehicle, then you have to rely on taxi or Uber. Down side to the Uber which we experienced was having to wait for 30 minutes or more due to lack of drivers within the area. The train station, and supermarket was not within a reasonable walking distance. The Suite and price that we paid for the room made up for the remoteness of the hotel. Perfect if you are traveling by car.

Great hotel Motel satyed for one night for travelling through.

Someone when my car and emtpy boattrailer was parked at the hotel parking outside, had tried to steal one of the wheels of my trailer. It was catapultet from the trailer 10 Kilometers later in one of the tunnels on the moterway. a very dangerous exspirience. But lukkely by pure luck no one was insured and no accident happend although during rush hour. So check your car or trailer when parked outside.

Hotel and motel is nice, modern and well kept. Location is 16 minutes from Malpensa by car, so reasonable. Rooms are nice and bathrooms very clean. I needed an early check-in after a cancelled flight, it costs 50 per cent of the night rate but it was great to be accommodated. Friendly staff.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. Business centre computers turn off automatically at the end of the day, so impossible to work overnight when you have deadlines in a different time zone. Unclear prices for airport transfer. Depending on a goodwill of taxi driver you can pay 40 EUR or 60 EUR.

The hotel is in a quiet area about 15 mins from Malpensa airport, with secure car parking right outside the motel style rooms. (There are also hotel rooms available.) The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for travelling by train into Milan for sightseeing. Our 'motel' room was very comfortable with a huge Jacuzzi style bath and a large, quite firm bed. The breakfasts provided were very tasty with good quality meats and great scrambled eggs. There were also a couple of lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk if you wanted to eat out and if you want to stretch you legs there is a golf driving range opposite for a short walk around.

A small issue but, as with most Italian hotels, there is no facilities for making your own hot drinks in the morning or at bedtime.

it was lovely, clean and modern it was beautiful. the room was clean and perfect for a nice relaxing break away.

the rural location, I should have done more research, it’s quite a way from the centre of Milan, and a drive away from the nearest train station. we did attempt to walk it to avoid the €20 taxi fee (which was steep to say the least!) however the rural roads are not made for pedestrians.

Nice modern hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our short stay,

I was disappointed that instead of 2 double beds the suite had one double and one sofa bed, which was ok, but not what I expected when booking a suite adcertised as suitable for 5 persons. There was quite a lot of noise from the corridor so I think better soundproofing around the door would be beneficial.

I came as part of the wedding party for my cousins. The property is well situated in a nice and quiet area. The grounds are tranquil and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and very polite nothing was too much for them. I used the gym for the 7 nights I spent in the hotel and the gym booking system worked very well to keep us all covid secure! I worked from the hotel and the WiFi did not disappoint and there was adequate comfortable working space. It only takes 30mins drive to get to Milan city. There is access to a pool which I didn’t get time to get to, but I heard from family members that it was beautiful. Thank you, I will recommend this hotel and definitely come back grazie☺️

Nothing, the property was perfect

The suite rooms are amazing. The "special" rooms are extraordinary and worth booking. Next door is a fantastic restaurant with great food and wine (warning: the restaurant at the hotel is terrible). I would come back for the "special" rooms. Superb hotel to spend time as a couple. Also, animal friendly.

The hotel restaurant is a total mess. Tried to have breakfast two times (a la carte), both times we waited for over an hour for eggs and coffee and both times we left hungry. We reserved SPA (for supplement price), but it was not ready when we came there (no towels, sauna was cold, hydro massage didn't work) and overall it was not clean. Overall, staff was not friendly.
