Ancient house (former monestry) in very center of the city renovated with modern facilities.
It was pretty hot, AC didn't work, we had to keep windows opened but it is noisy in the square outside so we asked to change the room to the one with windows to a patio then it was very quiet, we could sleep with open windows.

My second stay at Locanda La Francisca and it was excellent again. Great location, very nice staff, free parking. Simple but very comfortabel and clean rooms. I loved the breakfast in de courtyard in the morning. Also try their restaurant, the food is very good. Will book again in the future for sure.
English communication with the staff is a bit hard, but manageable. Let's say it adds to the Italian experience:)

The position is absolutely strategic for Orta Lake. The building is an old covent very well restructured and very cosy. the internal court is splendid, room new, clean and comfortable. Good the breakfast

Great place overall with amazing bedroom and spotless bathroom. Staff were fantastic and the attached restaurant served fabulous food. Would definitely recommend to others.
Breakfast was quite poor with little variety and there was some noise outside the hotel in the early hours as people left bars.
