We had a lovely 5 day stay. The staff were exceptional, especially Rocco and Pietro, and also Giovanne and Enrique. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Pool is fantastic, plenty of space for privacy and the pool water is filtered and very clean. Child free resort (Under 12) which made a difference if you were looking for a really relaxing break. Breakfast was very nice. We did not use the spa.

There was no lunch time pool menu, the evening restaurant poolside menu remained the same all the time, and there was not enough variety on it in my opinion. A lot of pasta and fish, no salads or light bites. We a e there once at night, I think you would encourage guests to stay at the resort more at night time if the menu was different.

Beautiful modern and clean hotel in the most wonderful, peaceful and pretty, picturesque location. All staff were extremely helpful, obliging, and responsive in their interactions with us. The hotel, the hotel facilities, the location, the service and entire experience was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. The sandy and warm water beaches along this area were absolute bliss to swim in. Their close proximity to the hotel allowed us to enjoy both the hotel's swimming pool and also these beautiful clean and sandy beaches all day, every day. Each morning, the hotel offered a great selection of freshly prepared breakfasts. Additionally, its proximity to Ostuni and Brindisi was a great advantage. We had a wonderful rest and stay here. Super! This absolutely new and fabulous hotel in between two little beaches! The place is amazing! If you want to lay in the almost private beach you can do it because it is 10 metres aways from the hotel door! And there is two of them! :) also there is a nice and big swiming pool! You can lay down by the pool and look to the waves of the see! Breakfast, the room, the atmosphere everyting was simply amazing!

The main host at the front desk, Giovanni was a bit uptight and not very friendly like most Italians. The pool area and outdoor restaurant were beautiful, enjoyable and relaxing. The rooms were very basic and not very cozy nor well appointed - for this rating and price point. The views are beautiful- however the hotel is a 15 minute drive from Ostuni with noting else in the area.

It’s a new hotel, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice you can choose to have it outdoors or indoors with nice fresh fruits and bread. If you want something else they make it for you. Rooms are clean and everything is there what you need. Swimming pool is great with the view on the sea.

The room is very comfortable, clean and new. Also, the staff is really nice and caring. We had an awesome stay.

It is by no means a 5 stars hotel, but a solid 4 stars.

The hotel was a nice aesthetic, the staff were polite and the food was nice. Lovely location and views over the sea.

The room was small. I booked a “junior suite” which the hotel said they don’t offer when I asked, but this is the language Booking.com used which is misrepresentation saying it’s a “junior suite” there is nothing suite-like about it. The room also did not have a patio or terrace, or a view of the pool as advertised. There was a garden area in front of the room but we were told this wasn’t private/exclusive for the room. The room was small and should not be labelled as a “suite”. The shower ceiling was discoloured from the moisture. There was mould on the wall in the closet and it smelt. Water also leaked out of the shower under the door. The room did not have 2 beds as advertised. It had one double and (when requested) they wheeled in a bed that was firm and best described as a glorified camp bed. The pool area was always very messy in the morning sadly, with last night’s drinks usually still there at 8:30am.

Dinner at the restaurant was terrible, seafood pasta dish was disgusting. 20 min drive to closest restaurants. There is no reception available at check out if you leave in the morning for an early flight there is no one there until 8am. Not a five star hotel, maybe a 2 or 3 at most. Bikes had flat tires and rusty chains. Room had a hot tub but it was cold- asked staff to turn it up multiple times they never did. Room smelled musty and mold around the showers. Pool was too cold to swim in. Room had no body wash or conditioner, asked front desk for some 4 x, took 24 hours to get delivered. No help dragging luggage from the gravel parking lot next to property.

Absolutely nothing. It has no proper entrance so a bellman comes to get your bags. When we entered the hotel it had an awful smell- a combination of an over chlorinated pool, sun tan oil and body odor. There was no proper reception as the dining area and reception was all in one- see pic. We took one look at the property and decided to leave. It’s also very far from Ostuni (actual historical center )and the beach in the picture is much smaller and crowded because all the surrounding communities can use it. It is a 2 star at best so if you are expecting a 5 star as they say they are then absolutely book somewhere else. We left for a real 5 star experience in Ostuni - the paragon 700. When we reached out to the hotel they said we were never there - well the pic below proves it. They also refused to refund the $550 euros for the night. They want payment up front so you either have to stay or lose your money. Although it costed us more money to move staying here even one night would have ruined our entire experience.
