Breakfast is very good. Hotel rooms are large, beds comfy, bathroom large and all amenities present. Also a small dressing is present in the room. Large TV screen and viewable from all corners of the room. Large underground parking and free. Location very close to highway, it is good for transit, but also for visiting the city.

Communication with room service can be better. The guy was very very frustrated that he had to get me a beer because it was only 8 euros, and asked for a 11 euro surcharge for the service. He did not speak good English and had absolutely no mood to work. Some people that don't know how to communicate should never work in the service field. Room's carpet should be changed.

a great location, easy to access no traffic jam, parking in the basement with access to the floors via elevator. Staff very welcoming, smiling, cooperative. Very well organized restaurant. An exceptional maitre d'hotel whom I once again specifically salute. The rooms are large, very well equipped, a large flat screen, several TV channels including Sky. The breakfast is beyond description, simply awesome. Padova train station is 4.5km away, from there you can get to Venice. On site you can leave your car in a supervised and paying car park (12h at 11€). Strongly recommend.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, good breakfast, good dinner. Nothing that exceeds my expectations but very decent.

The location is definitely not the best. Difficult to take public transport to go to the train station. The schedule for the public transport is not the most convenient so you are forced to take taxi, even though is not that expensive is not convenient. The woman in the reception was rude, not very friendly. I don’t understand why some people work in the hospitality industry and lack of service skills.

The receptionists and waiters (at dinner) were unmotivated and lacked passion as well as a customer-centred attitude. We only got the bare minimum in terms of service whenever we talked to the staff. We met the least passionate and smiley staff in Italy. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell. The carpets need to be replaced and the walls need to be repainted. The whole place looks worn and needs a major facelift.

The Room was great. It was spacious and the bed was massive and extremely comfortable! The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower and was immaculate. There were also free products that smelt amazing. We ate in the dining room once and the food was delicious. I am a celiac and therefore gluten-free and they were very knowledgeable and had many options for me to eat.

It was a little far out from Padova centre, but no more than a 10 min taxi ride, and the hotel were very helpful about getting taxis. We hired a car though and there were lots of spaces for us and underground parking too. The only other thing was that while we did have sky in the rooms there were no English channels, which wasn't a great loss but that was the only criticism that I could think of!

Reception was very kind to accept us and provide with all necessary information. Good to have a hotel which is pet friendly. Breakfast was standard for hotels. Parking facility near the hotel is also good. Room was clean enough taking into account that the hotel is pet friendly. Temperature inside was fine. It seems the hotel is fine but may be little cheaper.

Probably, the price. It seems that it should be lower. Probably, location, but in case you have a car it is fine. Nothing else.

Comfortable hotel with free underground parking with direct acess to rooms by elevator. Wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff, they recommend us an amazing Italian restaurant nearby. Easy to find and easy acess to the main road to leave the city

During our stay there was a hotel evacuation episode as one emergency sensor was activated in a room. Hotel guests were moved to the outdoor area, but some people went back to their rooms before the emergency was officially over and no hotel staff managed that effectively. Energency procedures to be revisited and to re-train hotel staff

The room was very clean and comfortable, it was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and diverse so it could satisfy everybody.

The safe in the room was not functional. The hotel is out of the reach of public transport so if you are not traveling by car that may present a issue.
