We only used our room to rest and freshen up between arriving in Padua on a scorching hot day, dinner, and trip to the airport to fly home. It was super comfortable, staff was helpful and the room as cool, quiet and well equipped.

Hard to find, but we called and were talked through navigation which was super helpful and got us there quickly.

All staff were very helpful, efficient, polite and friendly… excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was heaven and rooms remade daily, a real treat.. breakfast was delicious with a huge choice available. Location was really central and close to bud and tram lines.. couldn’t fault it and would happily stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of so many places of interest. It is also convenient for the train station. Breakfast was great. Rooms reasonable size. Staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. Coffee and lemon water was available in reception on return from a days outing.

The patrons of the bar around the corner were very boisterous and loud.

The breakfast selection is quite good. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean. The provided amenities are very good, and you can get extra amenities (ear plugs, swing kit, etc.) for free if you call the front desk.

A little noisy at night, but that's to be expected given the location is at the center of all "fun" stuff. It does become quiet at precisely 12AM (I guess it's some sort of city bylaw or rule), so you still get a good night sleep.

Basically it was fine with exceptions

The whole hotel either has heating or ac not both. This if you want your room cooler now the answer is open the windows. Bars below go till 1 or 2 am. Must be why the hotel bathroom kit has earplugs! Hard to navigate to hotel front door then quite a trip to their garage. I would park at one of the several well marked public garages near the hotel

Position is very good, close to the historical center of Padova, even if difficult to reach by car. Large room, nice common rooms, very kind and helpful staff. Especially the person who had to come with us to the hotel parking which is some distance away, and helped us with the luggage. The hotel is very well known in Padova, as the most prestigious one.

In spite of the insonorization, there was some noise in the night from the bar just outside. A few things not fitting with a 4 stars hotel: cleaning of the room was not very accurate, for a stay of two days we had only one pad of soap, and it was not changed even if exhausted after the first day, at breakfast on the second day, instead of a cake, there were slices of "colomba", the typical industrial Easter cake.

We had to give our passports to be copied and sign a decleration that our data was krpt for 10 years!!!! Very bad and illegal. Never had breakfast, it didn't look too good for the price

This was a characterful hotel near to many of the main sites of interest in Padua. Despite being at the centre of things, it was in a quiet street with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing - so helpful, well above and beyond what one might have expected. They mkae this place a real gem at the heart of Padua.

Authentic Italian hospitality, breakfast is simple and high quality. Coffee and chat in the morning is first class. Loved it!

I think more should be communicated ahead during the booking process about the limited traffic zone that affects the hotel. It is quite confusing to manage as a non-italian speaker.

The hotel's location is perfect in the historic center, its rooms are lovely and comfy with all amenities, and reasonably priced, and the staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of fresh foods (eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, pastries, etc.)
