The hotel was very cosy, there are few rooms on the floor. Rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. Massimo was very solicitous and friendly, he recommended as few good spots and gave few tips about Palermo. Also, cleaning staff was very helpful, waiting for the time when we left the hotel and helping us in our requests. The hotel has a great location, pretty close to the historic centre, it's really safe to go back even in the middle of the night. Also I need to say that the breakfasts in the FAVA (which has a deal with the hotel) were excellent, it was even better than expected because it's possible to have a mix of dry and sweet breakfast which is pretty exclusive in Italy. Highly recommend the stay!

The only thing that I didn't like was the view from the room, maybe I didn't see it in the description but it would be nice to not expect anything from it. (Guess that in the heart of the city it might be hard to have a good spot)

great location walking distance to everything! Room was really modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and inviting :) the breakfast included is a voucher for a nearby cafe, the cafe manager was also super friendly to us and the food there was so good we returned for lunch! we came by car and parked in the Orlando carpark which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel and is just outside of the ZTL and 12 euro for the day

when we arrived the bathroom smelt a little smokey but there was an air fresher in the room so we plugged that in in the bathroom and the smell was gone quickly :) otherwise really nice room!

The location was great, just a few minutes from Massimo theater. Modern room with comfy bed and cleaning services at regular basis. We had cold water and juice waiting for us in the fridge, free of charge, so as the nespresso coffee shots, which were awesome! Included breakfast was also very good, served just around the corner in a sweet greenery place. Tips from Alessandro on how to get around the city and what to see were very helpful as well. Great location - walk to everywhere is historic centre easily. Period properly with a large room with modern facilities. Loved our host Massino - friendly and very helpful.

No mattress protector on the bed and sheet not large enough and kept coming out from under mattress. Shower had some mould spots but pointed this out so both should be rectified.

I spent 4 days in Palermo and my stay in BelMORO was very pleasant. BelMORO is located near the train/metro station Palermo Lolli, which is directly accessible from the airport of Palermo (Punta Raisi) by 30 minutes. The B&B is also near the historic district of Palermo. It is possible to arrive at the district of Massimo theatre (an unavoidable place in Palermo for eating & shopping) by walk within 10 minutes. The property owner, Massimo is always willing to help and he gives good advice of visiting. The room I had was very clean and calm. The breakfast is served by an external partner (Feva's) close to BelMORO. I am convinced by the quality of the breakfast. We can have 2 delicious viennoiseries and 1 drink.

Breakfasts were reallllllly great. Host was really nice too. And also location was just perfect to go looking around in the city, Kinda center of city, so you actually don't need a car or bike to go to center of city. Also, they did offered a breakfast ( The cafe called Fava's. So near by this hotel :) ) It was really goooooooooood like literally they will provide you at least 2 breads and also un caffe ( it means one cup of coffee ). If you still consider to book this hotel, just do it now. Because, it is such a wasting of time to think about booking or not. Just do it like Nike :) Wish you guys enjoy to stay here and also Palermo :))))

Excellent location, the hosts are very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast is at a near restaurant and you will feel the italian style of breakfasing. It was amazing. Also you cand find free parking on streets near bel moro! Keep up the good work Massimo!

A little bit of noise at 8 am in the morning but maybe it was just in that day

The room was very spacious, and super clean, with comfy beds, and the rooms were getting cleaned daily. The bathroom and shower were big and clean. The breakfast was also delicious! It was at a very cute coffee shop. Massimo was very attentive and kind.

The internet connection in our room was not the best.

Really lovely host who let us drop our luggage off at 9am and had our room ready at 11am at no extra cost. He provided us with perfect recommendations and the breakfast was also incredible. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Palermo!

Our room was absolutely beautiful! the facility was 10 minutes by walking from Teatro Massimo which is in the heart of the centre .. Very kind people and everyday cleaning.. It was the best room we could get ! also very helpful with info about sightseeing and restaurants!! Thank you very much for everything!!!
