We had a beautiful stay at belMORO. The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to be in the center of Palermo where you can reach a lot of things by foot. We parked our car at a public garage (13€ a day) which was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Massimo has been an amazing host, we were able to reach him anytime via Whatsapp. The breakfast included is amazing! You'll get it in a bar called "FAVA" only 1 minute away from the apartment and it was delicious! We still talk about it.

Not enough words to describe the whole accommodation. The rooms are very close to the city centre, the whole place is newly renovated, modern, stylish and has everything that you will ever need. The facility is a clear 10/10. But what really made the stay fantastic was the host. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, answering all my questions promptly before the trip and even giving recommendations for local restaurants and things to see. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks in large part to a fantastic host! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo.

Massimo was an amazing host. Super friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was modern and clean. Coupons for breakfast at the cafe nearby were excellent. Air conditioning was strong and adjustable.

Not quite in the heart of Palermo, about a 10 minute walk. On Level 1 with stair access only so it might be bothersome for some (we had no issues). The shower leaked lots of water.

Nice, modern design. The bed was big and comfortable, in the room you could find water, coffee, tea, kettle and small fridge. Contact with Massimo was very easy and helpful. The location is also good, it takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to the center, you can see most attractions walking by foot. It is easy to use entrance cods and you can do check in at any time, which is very convenient.

In both rented rooms the floors were not clean, we could see dust balls in few places, for example under the chair. I also could see that my white socks got dirty while walking without shoes. After first night we informed staff about it, but when we came back some dust still was visible on the floors. Water was leaking from our shower to the floor so you had to be ultra careful, otherwise all bathroom floor would be wet. It took for air conditioning really long time to warm up the room- few hours (our visit was in December and when we came the windows were open, so it was very cold in the room).

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Massimo had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport who was the best taxi/ guide you could cave. We received information on the best restaurants and places to see. The room was beautiful, just as pictured. A great shower and lots of hot water. The Highest recommendation when visiting Palermo.

This hotel has a very classy and stylish outlook. Hidden in the middle of the city it's really a treasure. The room had its own coffee machine, some cold drinks in a minibar and of course it's nice modern and aesthetic appearance is worth to mention. One of the staff members contacted me via WhatsApp and made everything clear for check in. He even took his time to give me tips for my stay at Palermo. Very attentive. So, in a few words: If you are looking for a place to stay in Palermo: You found it. Highly recommended.

Boutique hotel with only about 5 rooms in an old apartment block. Room was clean, large, quiet and well equipped. The reception is not staffed 24/7 but Massimo is very responsive on WhatsApp and provided helpful advice regarding sights and transport timetables. There's a supermarket nearby. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner is extremely generous. I loved coming back at the end of each day feeling like a local! It is very centrally located whether you want to walk north up to the cathedral or south to via Marqueda. I only used transport to do day trips out of Palermo, otherwise everything was within walking distance.

Nothing personally, but those with mobility issues will want to factor in that the hotel is on the 1st floor without a lift and and there is a 10-15 walk to most places.

The hotel was very cosy, there are few rooms on the floor. Rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. Massimo was very solicitous and friendly, he recommended as few good spots and gave few tips about Palermo. Also, cleaning staff was very helpful, waiting for the time when we left the hotel and helping us in our requests. The hotel has a great location, pretty close to the historic centre, it's really safe to go back even in the middle of the night. Also I need to say that the breakfasts in the FAVA (which has a deal with the hotel) were excellent, it was even better than expected because it's possible to have a mix of dry and sweet breakfast which is pretty exclusive in Italy. Highly recommend the stay!

The only thing that I didn't like was the view from the room, maybe I didn't see it in the description but it would be nice to not expect anything from it. (Guess that in the heart of the city it might be hard to have a good spot)

If I could, I would live at this property - the rooms are very nice, have everything you need, are very clean, and comfortable. The location is quite amazing, less than 5 minutes away from the street market and all the important streets and attractions. On top of that, they were extremely flexible with check in time, which I highly appreciate - it made my stay a lot easier. The host is very sweet and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place more - if it is available, just book it :)

great location walking distance to everything! Room was really modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and inviting :) the breakfast included is a voucher for a nearby cafe, the cafe manager was also super friendly to us and the food there was so good we returned for lunch! we came by car and parked in the Orlando carpark which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel and is just outside of the ZTL and 12 euro for the day

when we arrived the bathroom smelt a little smokey but there was an air fresher in the room so we plugged that in in the bathroom and the smell was gone quickly :) otherwise really nice room!
