Giuseppe is a wonderful host, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the city (gave us few great tips and let us drop our bags before check in). Location of his b&b is just few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Palermo, so it’s perfect to walk around but still calm enough when you need a rest. Few minutes walk to Teatro Massimo and Mercato del Capo, as well as the busiest street Maqueda with shops and restaurants. We booked a room with private bathroom for some privacy and even though it is an older apartment everything is very clean and tidy. We used the train from/to the airport which took us 30min plus 15min walk to the closest station from the apartment.

The private bathroom is very tiny, but I still prefer having my own and not share it with other tourists. The second bathroom is next to the room so there were noises late at night because of others using the shower (just a comment for some fellow light sleepers to bring their earplugs).

The house is clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast. There are facilities in the kitchen we can use. The location is good and close to different tour spots. The most impressive is the house owner. He is very attentive and polite. He replied the message very fast if any questions or requests. Strongly recommend this hostel to the travellers of Palermo.

Nothing to be criticised.

You can't ask for more helpful host than Giuseppe - he responded quickly and fulfill our requests like early checkin (noon instead of 14.00) or leaving our baggages in the apartment on the last day. The apartment is spacious and clean, and you can use the kitchen. The room was fine for 3 people for a couple of days. The location was great: Mercato del Capo was just around the corner, while Teatro Massino was 3 mins away on foot. There were a few busstops nearby as well.

The street can be quite noisy, especionally on the weekend (Friday-Sunday).

There is no free parking space, because you are in the city centre Our room doesnt have balkony, so we didnt have place for our wet towels and swimsuits

Booking.com got the number of the the apartment block wrong. I wish I could say it was the first time... Always check the address with your host

The host was exceptionally polite and nice! This is a full-fledged apartment with several rooms, so you book one of the rooms. It's very nice there! Clean, tidy, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Walking from the center is very close. At the same time, it is very quiet at night. A really comfortable accommodation.

I stayed with my friend in Palermo- city is wowww.🎉🎉 Accomodation was perfect, extremely near to the city center, reachable on foot and moreover the owner Giuseppe is polite, chatty and welcoming who gave us so many useful instructions. My stay here was exceptional in every way. This is an incredible value for money, sparkling clean, super nice and helpful host, in the center of Palermo. You could really not ask for more. I was expected it to be a lot of rooms and very busy from the description on Booking.com and almost did not choose it but it has exceeded my expectations. There are only 3 rooms, there's also a lounge to sit in and it feels private. You have your personal space.

The host is great, he not only wants to help with informations, but he really puts himself into it. The location is great, everything can be explored on foot and location is peaceful. The room has good blackout which is for me important for sleeping. The place is clean.

The host Giuseppe was an excellent host and when above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. The location seemed very good in that it was at the edge of the old city, but not right in it, so everything was accessible without being overly noisy.
