the room it self is a little outdated and sometimes loud at night (we were at the 7th floor but it was still noisy at night) BUT it’s clean and the staff is great! The staff recommended food, places to visit and more. They also helped us a lot with our car rental so they are 100% there for you if you need any help. location is good

Very friendly and professional staff, answering many questions before our arrival and arranging our taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. Every morning, we got detailed explanations on the map, regarding the touristic objectives of historical Palermo. Prompt assistance with the printing of our boarding passes for the return flight. Good Italian breakfast with tasty pastry and cookies. Very close to Polieteama urban transportation node (only few minutes walking) and around 15-20 minutes by foot to the historical center. We have enjoyed the view from the room - with nice Italian terraces full of flowers. It seems that these green terraces are representative for Palermo.

Nothing to dislike. Only as a suggestion: for the breakfast, a plus could be some fresh season vegetables (for international guests).

Great breakfast, room was good too, everything was very clean. The reception lady was very helpful and speaks good English.

It was quite noisy. In the room you can hear it when the neighbors flush the toilet and late in the evening there was a lot of noise from outside, as the hotel is just next to several bars and terraces. I was so tired I fell asleep so it didn't disturb me much, but I can imagine that light sleepers could be bothered.

It was directly in the Center of Palermo. Only a few minutes to walk to all the sights. A lot of Bars and Restaurants around.

We got a nice room with almost everything needed for a few days in Palermo

Air conditioner was not working Neighborhood is not great. Very loud people outside. Parties after midnight until dawn. Pretty scary after sunset. If you are looking to rest this is not the place, please avoid it.

The hotel is nice and clean, also relatively close to the main sightseeing places. It is also near a number of restaurants and bars. The breakfast is nice.

The shower cabin in the bathroom was very small and it was not very comfortable to take a shower, which is strange considering the spacious bathroom, equipped with everything needed.

Rooms were nice, so was breakfast. However, the lobby and outside of the hotel with torn flags looked sad. Definitely the impression is not that of a 4 star property. Also did not like the fact that could not get any help in getting the luggage from the car in the pouring rain: the lady was alone at the reception. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, as I expected something shabby after the sad , cheap looking lobby.

No help to get suitcases from the car in a pouring rain. A 4 star hotel should have resources to help

Staff was very friendly, especially a clerk named Francesco who gave us indications on what we needed in good English

A bit dirty area, but up the street was the most famous street of Palermo and cleanest: via Libertà. But that is expected for the oldest neighborhood of the city.

The staff helped with questions. The waitress offered cappuccino 😊The cleaners did a nice job. The sheets were good.

The immediate neighborhood was very loud, and the streets were filthy with garbage and dog poop that people don’t pick up. Bad.

Like the name of the hotel imply, it's an old hotel with a lot of charme. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and supportive. The location of the hotel was close enough for us to the centrum of palermo. For some other guests it might be not close enough.
