Location was great. We were close to all the main attractions but nice and quiet during the night. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. A coffee machine, a basket with coffee pods, tea even milk to make cappuccino. Also jams, toast and praline for breakfast. The fridge was stocked with water and juice. The owner brought us fresh croissants every morning. You eat your breakfast at your own room, which personally I loved. Our room also had a small balcony. The owner also sended us recommendations of restaurants, cafes, attractions and was 1 message away if we needed something. I have nothing negative to write, we had a great time.

A really cosy, secure place with a beautiful interior, looks just like at the photos. The owner is very kind and helpfull. Everything was clean, a comfortable bed, big shower, sound-proof room. Good location - close to a shopping street and a walking distance to the old city center, the bus stop from where you can take a direct bus to Mondello beach is just 15 min by walk, which was great as we wanted to combine a beach time and a sight-seing. You get your own keys and the door can be open also remotly, which was perfect as we could leave our luggage in the entrance hall throught the day at the end of our stay and pick it up in the evening by simply texting the owner:) We are happy we could stay here!

From the beginning till the end, I liked all. The location is very quiet, close to the free beach or Lido, where you pay, but you can choose. Also, the bus station is close, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the city center is a few bus stops away. Every morning, Francesco, the owner of the location, waited for us to wake up with a delicious fresh breakfast. I was also able to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. Francesco is a real tourist guide, I received recommendations for spending free time, restaurant recommendations.. Last but not least, he drove us with his car in the city when we needed it, which is something great! A great experience. I highly recommend!

We booked for 3 nights on the day we needed the booking, due to a disaster at a previously booked hotel. We are so glad we found this place instead. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and even took the time to notice from our passport check in, that it was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and on that morning left him a beautiful mini cake, complete with birthday candle!!! The owner's communication throughout the 3 days was superb and even once we'd got home, he messaged to thank us for our custom. Really thoughtful. Some may find the breakfast set up strange.....gorgeous sicilian pastries and croissant left fresh every morning in your designated basket to be taken back to your room, to eat there. However, it suited us perfectly, as there was no set time to have to get to breakfast, so it left us able to get out and about as early or late as we wanted. Oh, and the in room coffee machine was so easy to use. The first time we've come across one that didn't need a university degree to operate!!!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for location, value and customer service. Excellent.

The owner was incredibly hospitable. Speaks fluent French or English and was a great help during our stay. At one point, my partner lost his wallet on a bus and the owner immediately called the bus company to retrieve the wallet in our stead. He was super chill about it and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself is perfectly fine too. Spaceous rooms with a good bed and seperate shower and breakfast area. Would definitely recommend a stay!!

Very beautifully designed room with many details carefully selected! Very clean room and bathroom, fresh bedding, a couple of towels. The room is small but has everything needed: a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and dining area. The balcony is very nice for having breakfast, with a lovely view of the small and very authentic street. It was very quiet during the night, and the shutters on the huge window prevented the sunshine. All the electronics made staying in the room very comfortable (AC, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, fridge, etc). Traditional Italian breakfast was included, so every morning we got fresh pastries in addition to the coffee/cacao, water, juice and jam! The host was very supportive and helped to navigate the city. We could also leave the luggage after check-out to walk before departure. The location is very centric, within walking distance to the key sights!

It would be great to take care of the flowers on the balcony (get the cigarette butts out), have an extra shelf in the shower, and segregate waste!

The host was really nice and always attentive to our messages whenever we needed anything (i.e. information, help or whatever we asked). He allowed us to do the check-in before the entry time. Room was clean, breakfast was good with fresh pastries every day, and even he was so kind that did a laundry for us because we continue our travel to Greece after a week in Sicily. The location was also good, very close to the Politeama and many restaurants around.

Everything was good. Nothing to remark in here. This B&B matched our expectations.

the accommodation conditions were good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hosts were welcoming, the breakfast was very good, typical Italian, the location is central, there are restaurants with Sicilian specialties nearby, as well as many tourist attractions within a 10-minute walk, the port at 3 min walk

Very comfy bed and pillows. They let a bunch of good stuff in the room for coffee and every morning a bag with fresh croissants and other pastries. I could use the washing and dryer machine for my dirty clothes. It helped me a lot. They responded very quickly the messages.

The internet. It's a little hard to keep connected. Early morning it gets a little noisy, but that's fine.

The property was located near the city centre, like 3 min walking. The host was very genereous, friendly and helpful. He brought fresh pastries in the morning and was always available to ask a questiom when needed.

We once heard a huge noise from the common area.
