Fantastic location, quaint reception area, good security. Plenty of gluten free choices in breakfast menu

Check in was carnage - there were 15 of us checking in and a very old and slow computer operated by a very short sighted man who did have his glasses on but he was almost disappearing into the computer screen. Very slow check in process. Breakfast - coffee machine was a disaster and none of the croissants were labelled so I had to waste a few that had some weird substance that may have been peanut butter inside when all I wanted was a plain croissant.

Absolutely delightful boutique hotel. Breakfast was definitely good value if you have a choice and it makes for any easy start to your day. An easy walking distance to must see sights, bars, restaurants, markets (pleasantly surprised how close, given the price). Parking was easy, drop off bags at the hotel and then park your car. Hotel staff were very helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. No hesitation in referring future travelers to this hotel. Photos are often taken years earlier so you expect accommodation to be a little rough around the edges, not Hotel Button, it was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Safe travels.

Location is excellent. Decor is kooky but charming. There is a bar but we never knew when it opened Rooms were a really good size and beds were comfortable

A group of us arrived together, approximately 8 rooms but check in took an eternity due to computers misbehaving. We were the last to check in and it took almost an hour. The person at check in was totally overwhelmed and on his own yet there were three people at reception when we went to check out. Shower temperature never got hotter than warm. My adapter wouldn't fit in the sockets in the bedroom so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom

The hotel is in an excellent position, with excellent service and staff. We were very happy during our stay. The beds were good, and you can find whatever you want in the hotel. After 7 pm, they offer tea and coffee on the house. They also have scales to weigh suitcases in case they are overweight. Additionally, after checkout, they can keep luggage and bags if you want. There is soap, shower caps, a hairdryer, and a bunch of towels in the bathroom. There is also a bidet. One thing I didn't like is the fact that from 6 am to 6:30 am, there is very loud noise in the streets when they come to empty the glass bins. On the whole, it is an excellent hotel. It is 5 minutes away from Piazza Ghiaia, where you can catch any bus you want. The bus ticket only costs 1.70 Euros, which is very cheap. It is important to download the TEP app. They also offer breakfast, which costs 9 Euros. There is a variety of fresh food from cereal to bread.

The hotel is located in the centre of Parma and is easy walking distance to everything. The room and bathroom were large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception area/breakfast room were lovely and well decorated.

The wi-fi did not work at all and 4G in the area was non existent which was a little annoying but we weren't reliant on it. It would be an issue if you were checking in for flights etc. or working. The hotel rooms could do with a little updating/upgrading especially with wallpaper and ceiling tiles which had some rips/odd stains!

The beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked great, which was essential during the July heat. The location of the hotel is perfect; we were able to easily reach every place we wanted to go (mostly on foot, but also by bus). I would gladly return to Hotel Button!

I would have liked more choices at breakfast, but for a 3-star hotel, it was more than sufficient.

A pleasant little hotel with a good value, comfortable room with efficient bathroom. Location is excellent for the city centre and restaurants. However, see comment below about noise. Breakfast is good but also see comment below about the busy times.

These are only minor niggles: because of the hotel's excellent city centre location, it is also surrounded by bars and restaurants. At weekends particularly, they attract noisy crowds Unfortunately, they can be also be heard in the bedroom and their enjoyment is shared until very late. The breakfast room is small and can get crowded easily so choose breakfast time!

Hotel Button is ideally placed, right in the center of Parma, for discovering the city; all is walking distance. The staff at the reception (thanks Eleonore..!!) was excellent, very helpful getting us checked in (we were somewhat late but shew waited for us to arrive), finding a place to park the car, and in finding a restaurant for the evening. Which was excellent, so we went back the next day. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and clean.

All was fine, there were no things that we did not like.

The location was excellent, a minute from the old city square. The breakfast was exceptionally good, everything I could want from a hotel breakfast.

There was a sort of spiral staircase which I used mainly to descend, usually using the little lift to ascend. The bottom section of the staircase was roped off. It would have been even better if I could descend the whole way on this staircase; a very minor fault indeed!

Hotel Button is just a few blocks from the Offices of the Municipal Government. It is on a tiny street off a lovely shopping street with little automobile traffic. Behind is a network of even smaller small streets which have a mix of workshops, restaurants, bar and shops all serving the local population. My room was compact and absolutely quiet which is good for sleeping. Staff was welcoming and useful

While not unusual the 4 steps down and then 4 steps up between the elevator and my room where the arrival surprise with my mid trip heavy suitcase!
