Hotel was very close to main train station. Staff were so kind and friendly. Room was so clean, beds are comfortable. In bath there were Rituals shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Lobby is so beautiful for relax and there is a free water with fruits and vegetables which is very nice act of hospitality. Pool is warm and clean. Everything in this hotel was more than I expected. The best hotel in Italy I have been to. Definitely would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend to everybody.

Was very well looked after, all amenities appeared new and our room (junior suite) was very clean. Our room consisted of a separate bedroom with king bed, a lounge with a couch/sofa bed, kitchenette with nespresso coffee machine, kettle, selection of teas, and mini fridge. The bathroom had a bidet, walk in shower and all the toiletries you need. Rooms were cleaned everyday and tea, coffee, towels, toiletries replaced. Very very quite rooms with amazing noise canceling windows. across the road is the train station (you can't hear the trains at all due to the noise canceling windows they have). A 5 min walk into the centre of Parma. Lots of restaurants and mini convenience shops around and next to the hotel. Car park was under ground with access straight into the hotel lobby so perfect to unload the car. Buffet breakfast is available, 14€ per adult and our children (8 and 11 years) ate for free. Easy check in process, very helpful staff.

Hotel is brand new, good conditions, everything looks new and recently refurbished. Bedroom was small, but according to price range in the location. The hotel is located right next to the train station which makes it very convenient if you're travelling by train. There are two nice cafes near the hotel where one can have a pleasant italian style breakfast with fresh pastries and great coffee.

A member of staff entered the room without knocking, it was a very awkward situation, and unsafe at the beginning, I was getting undressed, I had no idea who was entering the room. I spoke to members of staff at the front desk but basically ignored my complaint and didn't find a suitable to compensate me for the trouble, almost took me for a fool. Customer service skills weren't excellent. Breakfast was very expensive and not included on our stay, bar looked empty most of the times and wasn't very inviting.

Easy check in and centrally located to the train station for arriving and leaving with suitcases. Everything was within a 10 to 20 minute easy walk. Clean well appointed rooms with generally friendly staff, with one notable exception.

We ate the first night in the restaurant and the older gentleman serving was condescending and rude. We noted different attentiveness and options of cheese for pasta for other diners.

The rooms were really comfortable and the older gentleman in the lobby is really kind and helpful. the hotel is quite central and the main area is only a short walk away. we also liked the private indoor parking option.

one of the two ladies in the lobby was rude when we asked her if there was someone to help with our luggages. also there wasnt enough employees and nobody to actually help with the luggages. also, you should give something better than basic nescafe in italy.

Nice rooms, very quiet, clean, decent breakfast, staff was friendly. The only drawback was the location near the train station which isn't the best area. The location is likely a plus for others. I'd stay there again. The only negative was the people that smoked right outside the entrance so you had to walk through that when coming or going.

Location close to station and only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Very quiet. The staff were lovely. Breakfast is a nice big buffet with eggs and bacon. Room was big and spacious, clean and comfortable. Downstairs bar is very nice as well with a good variety of drinks and snacks. Also, a late check out!

Room service was an extra fee. Considering how much the rooms cost, there shouldn't be an extra fee. Only 1 free bottle of water provided, coffee and cups in the room were not replaced.

Only a minor detail. Our room was too warm. We asked for the ac to be turned on (March 2023) and they said it was off in all hotel because of the cold weather of the season. We had to open our windows for the cold air to come in, and make the room temperature more comfortable. The noise from outside woke us up about 3-5 times. Trains, cars, etc. This is my only complaint. Everything else was good…

Our stay at Novotel Parma was excellent. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff extremely friendly. The location is convenient - 10min walk away from the center and just next to the train station so perfect for anyone traveling!

More of a tip - even though the location is great it is good to be careful during late night hours due to proximity of the train station.
