My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel for one night during our visit to Parm. Located in close proximity to the railway station of Parma, it made our arrival and departure seamless. It was also within walking distance of the center of Parma and all the bustling restaurants, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One of the first things that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all spotless, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The air conditioning in the room worked like a charm, providing respite from the summer heat and ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast selection was good. There were numerous options to choose from, and catering to different tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of fruits and cereals, the spread was not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented. However, what truly stood out during our stay was the warm and friendly service we received from the hotel staff. From the moment we checked in to the time of our departure, the staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Parma for a short stay.

Loved the room and facilities, bedroom and bathroom was clean and organised. Very spacious. Staff were very nice to put a cot in the room, also clean and bad pillow and sheets. We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back to visit Parma and would love to stay here again.

Parking was stated as a facility on site but was not infact on site, found one very close-by, only problem is parking is available if theres space - a bit of a luck situation. Not the fault of the hotel.

Location is excellent: close to center and to train station. The general atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant. The room and bed were very comfortable. Reception staff people were very friendly and helpful.

The shower in the bathroom was too small and not comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing: Staff was very unpleasant and rude, ingredients should be of higher quality. On Sunday it was even worse: Items that were served on other days were missing, and some of the cakes were not fresh. The quality of the coffee from the machine was not appropriate.

Perfect location from the train station. Breakfast was okay. The room was exceptional! The living room is really nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect location from the city center. The staff is welcoming.

During breakfast, the head of the dining room used a very strong tone of voice and did not have good manners to refer to his workmates and co-workers. this made me very uncomfortable. Juices should be fresh. the table and sofas that surrounded the dining area were not clean.

this hotel is in the tradition of excellent Italian hotels — wonderfully clean, great staff, terrific sheets and generous breakfasts. plus it has a good restaurant, huge comfortable lounges and even a small but adequate fitness center. Finally, really excellent location, in between the train station and the city. it was a really wonderful experience . Recommend it highly .

Very pleasant hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff at reception was friendly and promptly helped me when I had a problem with the safe in my room. The breakfast is good and a large choice is offered. The location is excellent. It's only a few minutes walk from the train station, and the old town is in walking distance.

While I was gone during the day, they turned the air conditioning on full blast so when I got back to the room it was freezing cold. I specifically turned the air conditioning down when I left the room, but they kept turning it all the way up

Breakfast was very average. The eggs were not real eggs and there was no good quality coffee, rather a machine and not very good. Some of the food placed out appeared stale, like the bread. I think this is my only recommendation for improvement. The rest was very good. Thanks.

Large choice for breakfast, but average quality The overhead shower didn't work properly and the hand shower was to thin and powerful to help having a relaxing time

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated lobby and waiting zone. Good breakfast and also dinner (with HB included)

I didn't have to pay the water anywhere when I had half board...but here was an exception. Also no free water in the room. Very disappointing. Be careful at card payment ..they double charged 16€ for water and city tax .
