I really liked the manners of the staff and the fact that they were present 24/7. The cleanliness was top notch, with a daily change of linen and a daily cleaning of the room. The whole place was spotless. The area is a quiet spot, with easy access to all types of transport, especially buses and trains. The minimetro to the train station and the main bus station are 10 minutes' walk away. The surrounding restaurants and cafe's make it an ideal spot to start off and end the day. I was satisfied in everything that I had expected. Nothing was out of order!

The accommodation was great, for breakfast you could buy a croissant and a hot drink for €3. But it is necessary to say a day in advance. If a normal classic breakfast was also an option, then the hotel has nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel is approx. 5 minutes from the historic center. You can park on the street below the hotel or a little further. There is a cafe opposite the hotel. Food is also a piece. The hotel staff was simply amazing. Dear people.

Maybe it's just that the hotel is older and the overall design of the rooms is the same. A slightly bigger bathroom would be great.

The location is perfect. You can reach every point of the city easily. Even though it has no parking facility they help you to guide for the free parking. Hotel has very kind and helpful staff. They are ready to answer whenever you need help or ask any questions. Rooms are quite and comfortable. I stayed there with my son for his enrollment and the most important thing is that they were very enthusiastic to help about the my question regarding official issues like where it is, where I should go for this,.. etc. Thank you Hotel Signa for your kindness.

Small hotel, located 10 minutes from the historic centre, mini metro and main bus station . Wonderful reception staff. Always greeted us with a smile. Let us check in early as well. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Quiet area, so can have a restful sleep. We enjoyed having a ceiling fan to keep us cool. Daily house keeping. Would highly recommend

Property is close to the city center. Great loaction for taking advantage of Perugia. Older, charming and well maintained property with a warm personal touch. Was greated warmly, given city map and walked to my room. When does that happen these days? Nice and welcoming - a personal touch. They were able to hold bags after check out so I could continue to explore the historic city. Nice.

Great location, only about 10 minutes walk to the main piazza and near by plenty of food options and supermarkets. The staff were very helpful with advice on day trips and sights to see within Perugia. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Rooms (economy singles) were without a kettle and fridge which would have been useful, and the wifi wasn’t great. Also not the staff’s fault but I had a very loud neighbour my whole stay (which was my only few nights in a single room in a while) because there didn’t seem to be a curfew.

The superior double room had a beautiful view into the valley below the old town and a large balcony with space to sit outside. I really enjoyed watching the swifts flying around in the evenings and the mornings. The room was clean and well-kept and the staff were friendly.

I'm not sure if the airconditioning was working properly - the fan run, but it didn't seem to get cooler irrespective of the setting I used or how long. The room was kept reasonably cool by its location, a breeze, through open doors and windows, and the shutters during the day. I was attending the conference so didn't get round to asking the staff - I would have closed the doors and windows with the air con on. I'm used to 22 deg C being a hot day and the temperature outside rose to 36.... but the temperature inside was ok at night.

The room had an amazing view and a terrace. There were also facilities to make a hot drink in the room. The coffee and pastries for the breakfast were excellent. The staff were attentive and helped us with any questions we had. It was in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the interesting town centre. We liked it so much we went back for a further night prior to our flight home from Perugia. It was possible to use public transport to get to the airport.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The room was very affordable and, while a bit dated, was very comfortable.

The shower is tiny and the toilet it pushed right against the wall. If you're a larger gentleman like me it can be a bit tight.

I really loved everything! From the staff to the cleanliness of the room! The hotel is strategically located between the city centre and the university. It's really quiet and clean. The staff is really nice and willing to help with any questions or requests. Everything was exceptional.
