Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms and great place for families to stay. The outside gardens are very nice and spacious. The pool area was relaxing. We had two connecting rooms on the 2nd floor near the bell tower. Blackout shutters made it easy to sleep in. Quiet. Good location to travel around and visit nearby villages. We spent a day in Perugia and it was only 20 minutes away by car.

The breakfast was just ok. The rooms are not renovated so they are a little oldish but still comfortable. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like food from the kitchen evacuation in the evening. We didn't eat dinner there but we did find a great family friendly pizzeria nearby called Trilogy.

Fantastic location in the countryside. Closer to Perugia airport than I was expecting (taxi cost EUR31). I had been expecting and told the family to expect 3 star and old fashioned in the rooms but with good facilities. However, I had not expected the setting and the ambiance. The drive up the tree-lined avenue the evening was magical, along with sitting in the large flower-filled courtyard for a drink after dinner. The pool was lovely and not busy.

The water in the mini bar was appreciated but would have been nice to have it every day, not just on the day of arrival. It would have been good to have pizza as a choice at the poolside restaurant (for fussy British children!).

It was grand and the staff were friendly. The location was super good , not in the hustle and bustle of mid town but bot too far as well.

I know they probably meant to do good and be nice to a certain group that has arrived, but too see a card on the breakfast main table that says we ❤️ 🇮🇱 instead of we boycott Israel as you should write about an apartheid state made me loose my appetite at the last morning. To get this off the table I’m not against the people but definitely wouldn’t support the country and put its signs at my table.

Convenient location and a beautiful establishment, exceptionally well appointed with extensive facilities, set in beautiful ground. The food was excellent, the staff charming and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better place for an overnight stay.

I can't really fault the hotel. It had everything that we needed and was perfect in many ways. It was in not Avery picturesque setting but very near Perugia and Assisi, so that didn't really matter. A convenient pace for large tours which put the Belfast buffet under pressure.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, I accidentally booked for three rather than four and they accommodated us immediately and very nicely. Kids (aged 2 and 7)loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. The restaurant was delicious

There was almost no one around. But the staff that were about were extremely nice and helpful.

The location was great close to Perugia. the grounds were beautiful and it had a pool which is a bonus. breakfast was ok , dinner was exceptional at a great value

The door to the room actually broke and we had to move to and room which was a hassle. they did give us an upgrade so it did make up for having to move

The breakfast was exceptional. There was a lot of choice, eggs, bacon, croissant, cheese, sweet, cereal... The location was incredible, peaceful and luxurios. We even saw a Woodpecker from our window!

The restaurant could've been better for the price. The flavor of the food was good but the sizing was almost unacceptable. It was really too small. I left dinner still hungry.

Very nice historical property and location. We stayed for 1 night, but you can easily spend more days there. The stuff is very and helpful. We talked to Jane on reception and she guided us very nice about the area, things to do and visit and generally about Italy.

A little bit old facilities, such as bathroom.

The location is amazing, very calm and green. The room and the toilet big, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind. Perfect place if you want to stay in the countryside of Perugia.

Garden furniture old and cheap (like plastic chairs), but it's not that important, just something that could be improved

Beautiful old convent. Gardens fantastic. All full of history and atmosphere. Breakfast very good !

Rooms and bathrooms a little outdated (room 212, I had to hold the shower in my hand) and I rarely see a reception gentlemen that just ignores you when you come to check in. Busy reading. “A very good evening I at some point said to him”….What a pity and bad for business. The ladies in the restaurant on the other hand are great !
