Location, pool, atmosphere, view

Breakfast a little disappointing, 45 minutes before the end of breakfast no eggs left and not offering to make some more Even when we asked, the answer was just "finished"

Hotel is well located - not in the busy centre and not too far from the centre. The reception staff was very helpful and gave time to us - we were visiting Perusia for the first time and the staff gave us good and detailed advice of how to get to the places and where to eat etc.

The first room given to us and had problems. When we highlighted them to the staff they immediately changed the room. This was a relief - otherwise we would have had a miserable start to our holiday.

Hotel was great for a family stay where the goal was a clean, practical accommodation along with a few special extras like the rooftop pool and the good breakfast buffet. Pool is modestly sized, and chest-deep, so it's not a water park or for fitness swimming, but it is on a beautiful panoramic terrace and made for a great refreshing afternoon dip! We loved it. The staff was enthusiastically kind, there was plenty of very safe parking, and the rooms were clean and practical.

We liked the room was very clean and warm enough for the period of time when we visited, it had nice surroundings, the staff was great and treated us nicely even though we arrived later than expected. We also had a breakfast included which was delicious, rich and diverse.

We stayed in a room where I think we were maybe too far away from the wifi router, because the only area where we could have used the wifi was in the lobby, even though they said it's great. Maybe in other rooms it is different, but in this room we had no wifi.

The views over the Umbrian hills are exactly as in the presentation: great. The water in the pool was just right. Go in the morning, as in the evening is busy. The hotel is well to reach with the bus and in walking distance though outside of the centre. Gubbio, where I wanted to go, was also easy to reach. The breakfast was rich and there were healthy options.

Friendly reception staff, nice location, not far from the city center (by car). The receptionist has even allowed me to store the bottles of water in the fridge, so they would be cooled down for the next day. Parking just in front of the entrance. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the room temperature was nice, despite the heat outside.

The "self-service breakfast" was by no means a self-service. The otherwise friendly waiter put on your plate what you asked him to, but this is not self-service. I think this is a completely unnecessary exaggeration of "covid measures", and we did not experience anything similar in our 14-day trip around Italy.

Great communication with the reception, fast and smooth messages helped us to get from the airport. Great breakfast, delicious coffee and staff really helpful and caring. It was a really pleasure to stay in that hotel. Stunning View from the panoramic tarace!

Could be a little cleaner at the window area, when we moved curtains there was a lot of really old spiders web.

An excellent hotel, with great roof terrace with amazing views and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not big but it wasn’t crowded. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and bathrooms are especially nice. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the historical city center, but that is the price to pay for a swimming pool. Stuff is very kind and helpful.

For 50 EUR/night - excellent. Slightly renovated rooms (although there are some parts left unfinished or untouched), new bathroom fittings, excellent soundproofing, friendly staff. 20 minutes by foot to the centro, 15 minutes by bus to the train station. Quiet and nice location uphill.

Breakfast is very poor and food starts to disappear after 9 AM although the breakfast is till 10AM. Nothing is replenished and the staff starts to clean the tables. Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms.

Helpful staff who tried to satisfy our requests. Old town close enough to walk to. Spacious modern room

Wi-Fi was non existent in our room and had to go to the reception to connect. No tv channels in English . After discussion with staff - they are aware of this shortcoming and are attempting to address them.
