It's a really lovely space, quiet, comfy and very organized. The room was super spacious + having the private bathroom made it the more worth it. Someone cleaned every day and left the room simply spotless, which I truly appreciate! Breakfast was very traditional (so just sweet), but super delicious, with fresh cornetto each morning. Simona responded promptly and let us have a late checkout, so thank you so much for that! Overall, 10/10!

The traditional feeling of the rooms, hospitality, good location - close to the beach but also to restaurants, train/bus station, museums etc. The host was very attentive to our needs and we are really greatfull.

The breakfast is not typical hotel breakfast, but i guess more Italian traditional (croissants, milk, jam, butter cookies, yogurts, cereals etc.). For us it was ok but if you prefere a heavier (eg. English style), you have options at nearby restaurants.

Located just perfect. Close to beach, city center, bars and restaurants, old town. Very clean, host friendly and ready to help. Would gladly reccomend.

An microwave oven would be good, because not everybody appreciate only sweets for breakfast.

Very spacious room with a nice terrace and a comfy bed and sofa plus big bathroom. TV had only Italian channels but it was an interesting experience :) Breakfast is organised in a way that you receive vouchers to nearby cafe where you can enjoy fresh croissant and freshly brewed coffee. Very nice owner. Close to the centre, the beach and train station.

In the common area there's a fridge, a kettle, coffeee machine and a lot of plates but no mugs, glasses or cutlery:) We didn't need it that much but it would be nice to have a cup of tea once the kettle is there, but there was no mug to brew your tea in :)

can’t rate this property highly enough! it’s wonderful to have hosts on site who share their love of the area! the breakfast was great, excellent coffee! and the room was exactly as shown on booking.com

there was nothing to not like, it’s superb

Central location. Nice common room for relaxing or catching up with emails. Good wifi. Parking around the corner so not actually on the property grounds. Helpful owners. Nice breakfast. Many cafés restaurants etc nearby. (The Chinese one wasn’t great).

Close to city centre. Close to athletics track. Close to the beach.

Couldn’t find fault in this property.

The owners were exceptionally good in welcoming us and they were very hospitable.

it was very clean and comfortable!

the artificial use of deodorizers- I moved it out of our room and it was fine after that. by the time we came back to our room the smell was gone.

A beautiful Italian building with large rooms and tall ceilings The private car parking that was provided by the hosts was ideal as all the streets were filled with parked cars. Centrally located just a few hundred meters from the beach and corniche. I found an excellent Chinese Restaurant (Chinatown) where you can eat as much as you like for just €16.90, Incredible value for money.
