Fantastic hotel; sleek, modern, great 'extras' and excellent customer service. Terrific location, and great all around value. We only stayed one night and wish we stayed longer. The apartment was ideal for our family. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains helpful - walking distance to great bars, restaurants + the beach! WOW!

The parking wasn't the most intuitive, proximity to loud music from nearby commerce and electronic keys not always the easiest to use. Overall despite these elements, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

i think it would be good to have more details on how to find the place so a picture of the building as it’s a very small plaque also a sight with an arrow to keep going up to the bedrooms as our idea of floor 1 was different then theirs and to be able to leave we didn’t know where to find the button to open the gate so a evident sign would be very helpful to buzz yourself out. because we had not travelled in a long time a no person. heck on was interesting to say the least.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance to main atraction and especialy the beach. Also the apartment is fully equipped and functional large rooms fully stocked minibar coffee and breakfast . these where replanished every day. we loved it to find the apartment clean everyday when we came back

one thing that we noticed that the entrance near the lift had a bit of a smell

The location is perfect, near the beach, stores and restaurants. The room is very beautiful! they have everything we need, from coffee to steamer for clothes, the bed is comfortable to sleep in, television and WiFi are great also! Very easy instructions for checking-in. They also provided a parking spot for us which is only 5 mins walk from the location. I really recommend this place 100%!

The room was amazing, same as in pictures, clean and tidy , smell amazing. Located on main shopping street , very close to beach and train station. Host was very helpful, we dropped our bags at 10am and at 13 we could already move in , as we had early flight and were there already at 9am . Also on the check out day we could stay 1h extra. Definitely recommend place 🩷

Good size room. Good quality and clean. Good location. Quick response to questions we had while using the facility. Quiet place to sleep.

Some issues with locking and opening doors could have been better explained in the communication before reaching the facility.

Very helpful host! explained us how to use access code and reserved a parking lot for us last minute. The room was very tidy and we enjoyed attention to details like water in the kettle and coffee mashine, towels that smell nice, etc. Location is perfect, right next to central square, losts of restaurants 1-2 min away. Very affordable price comlared to other Italian cities. Fast WiFi.

I like the room cleaning, size, and good shower. The staff helped me when I lost a bit without self-check-in. :) Good location ( but I hoped it is on the seaside)

I hoped for a bathtub and I don't like the soft matrasses. Unfortunately, I didn't check in in time, because I got so many emails, I don't have time for that letters. But nothing really bad experience I don't have. I love your accommodation!

Our stay was fabulous! The location is just perfect and in the city center of pescara. Our sents on the room where lovely and when i asked where i could buy something like it i received a free one of the owner. That’s what i call service of the house! It exeeded my expectations!

I liked literally everything about my stay in this room.. Everything was exceptional and comfortable, I'll surely choose this suite again when I'll come to Pescara again
