*Great location *Rooms are quiet despite city being alive till 3am *Personell is very friendly, despite arriving late and helpful in bunch of other cases (Whatsapp communication) *Perfect everyday cleaning with towels and sheets replacement Addition Information: *Same room-opening dedicated card is required to power the room (substitutes don't work) - personel without an objection and right away provided additional one to keep PC running while being away for work purposes. *Air conditioning settings are locked so it works only for pre-set temperature with 3 speed operation but seems to be enough (had to lower speed from 3 to 2 overnight) *Breakfasts are Italian style - served by the local bakery - 5 euro - coffee and croissant. I wasn't aware as Eastern European what is "Italian style" breakfast (which is obviously my fault and not gonna blame anyone else ) so it also might be disappointing for other foreign tourists.

Small aftermarket fridge in room doesn't have power to cool things inside.

The room was beautifully designed and kept clean all the time. The place is in a central location of the town with many amenities just outside. The host is kind and allowed for a later check out upon departure. I stayed for a week and it was a very nice stay. Will be back next time I am in Pescara.

Overall I had a very nice stay. Since I was there for a week it would have been nice to have an actual mini fridge (I have many food limitations so I need to get some of my own food). Nevertheless I managed with the little fridge appliance provided.

It is situated in a beautiful, vibey area full of bars, restaurants, and quaint shops. The beach is close by. We booked 2 rooms and both were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host Giovanna is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Maison Fleurie to anyone staying in Pescara.

I can really recommend Maison Fleurie. Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants and public transport. A tasteful and clean apartment with full equipment. The most important is that, the landlord is polite and helpful always when you need. If I will have possibilities, I'm going to visit this place again.

Maison Fleurie is the place to stay if you want to be in the lively center of Pescara! It is very conveniently located near many outstanding restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that can all be accessed easily on foot. The train station is a short 5-10 minute walk on a flat, safe, pedestrian promenade. A very easy 5-minute walk and you will find yourself on the Adriatic Sea, strolling along on the sand or on the wide pedestrian walkway, where you can enjoy a nice meal along the way at one of the many restaurants. Maison's location is the best spot in town, and the B & B property itself is beautifully and efficiently designed with the greatest attention to detail. Each room is different in its design and styling. Giovanna is a super hostess, who went above and beyond to assist and accommodate me. I was only supposed to stay for 1 night and ended up extending my stay for 6, that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. I would return tomorrow if I could, and would highly recommend this unique B & B for an enjoyable and relaxing time in a wonderful city!

The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower which was a plus. The hotel doesn't have a reception so communication was done though phone, but it was fast and easy so nothing to complain there either.

The room was on the 2nd floor without elevator which is a bit hard to manage with big suitcases. Also, a minibar/fridge would have been nice as there was no way to cool any beverages etc. in the room.

The location and the room were brilliant and the host was very nice. Thumbs up for beeing a sustainable accomodation!

It got kind of hot though. There is this ecological aircondition so that the temperature does not exceed 26 degrees, but for our personal feeling humid 26 degrees as the lowest were just a little out of our comfort zone.

The people were super nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and beautiful. There were water bottles and cookies to welcome us. Very nice shower! Location in the middle of everything. I can warmly recommend.

The bed was too hard for our taste.

The property has a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and nice restaurants and bars around. The room was small, but very clean and had everything what we needed. The communication with the host was easy, she called us to explain how to collect a card to the building and the room.

A lot of stairs and no lift. It can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage.
