The hotel's proximity to the old town was convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the historic area. The pool was nice and provided a refreshing place to relax. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The parking facilities were convenient, allowing for easy access. Moreover, the breakfast provided was good and satisfying.

Very welcome to smoking people , not family next to pool . After we complain smoke affecting our child, the hotel took action by implementing smoking signs in designated areas.

They were great communicators over email on here before the trip. It was spotless and the domestic staff were efficient. By the time we left the breakfast hall and returned to our rooms they had finished cleaning it. We had a friendly reception and everything was explained - thanks Lorenza! I believe we met the owner he was also friendly and helped us get our ride by taxi. They went in for Halloween, they made it into a haunted house in the lobby and one of the workers dressed up too! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our room. Spacious and modern with a nice bathroom. I'll be returning I'm sure! Thank you Hotel Puccini!

Everywhere can be improved, but we were happy with our stay.

We have stayed in many hotels. This was one of, if not, the finest 3-star hotel we have ever stayed in. After their recent remodel, they surely must be a pending 4-star hotel. What an amazing surprise to find the rooms and bathrooms very large, and so clean. This hotel has the finest upgrades. We were very impressed with the remodel. The breakfast was a feast! It too, was in a large, remodeled room. The food was great. And probably the most amazing was the very, very friendly staff, who treated us very professionally, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Great parking area next to the hotel. Great location near the lake and short walking distance to very nice restaurants and shopping.

That we only booked one night - we should have stayed longer, but it was at the end of our 2-week journey.

We liked everything..the hotel is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We were looked after so brilliantly, especially by Alessia and Silvana who run breakfast. The choice at breakfast was particularly varied and dietary requirements catered to well. The location is great, lots of things to do nearby and a fairly short walk into the main town. Larissa and the whole team couldn’t have done more to make our stay special and we will definitely be back!

We liked everything.

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Breakfast was great, all sorts of pastries, eggs, bread, meat and cheese. Staff was helpful and all the queries were done in minutes. The view from the window is fantastic. I have got a birthday decoration in my room and the next day at the breakfast a member of staff brought a cupcake with a candle. This was an absolute surprise and I didn’t inform hotel about my birthday stay.

We have no negative comments on our stay

The swimming pool and bar was fantastic, super clean and lots of sun beds. The breakfast was lovely, with so much choice. The reception staff were amazing, spoke excellent English. When our booked taxi didn't turn up, the owner took us in his own car to the train station. Such kindness. Exceptional service.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel was excellent and the staff were really friendly. It's close to the lake and, if you head west, there is great access to the water for a good 2km.

When you head towards the old town there is a huge amount of road traffic. Navigating your way around the town can be a bit shady, where pavements disappear. Drivers often don't stop a zebra crossings. All in all, the town feels a bit hostile towards pedestrians.

The room was modern looking and the bed was really comfortable. Hotel staff was very polite, accommodating and helpful for every need (they also managed to provide us a free parking space at the property). Breakfast was superb: huge variety of salty and sweet food to choose from; definitely a step ahead from the typical “continental breakfast” always mentioned everywhere.

The air conditioner/thermostat was not working in our room but we managed just opening the windows during night.

the room was big and beautiful as in the picture in the booking, the beds were comfortable and the sofa for the third person was also comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean, as are the sunbeds next to it. Breakfast - a large selection of food even for vegetarians with fine coffee and juice. The location is only a 10-minute walk from the city center.

I don't like rainy weather.

The reception staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful.The rooms were spacious with sofas & large balconies with furniture. The breakfast selection was great & we were greeted each morning with smiles by the staff. The pool & surroundings with bar were lovely with plenty of loungers. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.
