On a quiet street with little traffic and few people passing by. Possibility to sit at the tables in the hall any time, also without taking anything at the bar. With nice weather, there are etabrla outside and a beautiful terrace on the top. Nice breakfast buffet, both for savoury and sweet. Wardrobe and small desk in the room. Tv with large choice of channels.

The coffee machine at the buffet was of poor quality, IMO. That coffee or cappuccino are to pay extra was a bit of a bumper for me. A few more hooks to hang jackets in the room and a chair to put clothes on would have been nice. Shower floor too slippery for me to relax (my husband didn't mind).

A perfect location next to the lake, easy access, on foot, to the town and transport links (short walk to railway station) easy access to Airport by public transport and Taxi. Breakfast selection was wide and very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and very clean with bright and pleasant decoration. Bathroom also a nice size. Good restaurants and bars in the locality or a short walk into the town for a wider selection. Sun terrace with jacuzzi and excellent lake view a nice place to relax. Will definitely return.

Pillows were a bit hard for our taste. Thought that there was a restaurant for evening meals but that may be due to outdated photographs on review websites as it is not a listed service on the hotel website so my mistake.

the property is located across from lake Garda. there is an excellent breakfast menu and there is a bar if wanted. close to town and train station. staff very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was delicious very fresh every morning and the roof terrace was amazing the views was beautiful. Location was perfect for us.

No coffee & tea facility also would be nice to have an Ice machine in the lobby. I know you did offer glasses , ice & bottle opener for 5 euros but I feel this isn’t a lot to ask for it to be included in the room price.

The hotel is located at the outer port - but your in the city center in 10 mins without the hustle and bustle at night! Also the train station (+buses) are less than 10 mins and Peschiera is pretty! + Super friendly staff, good breakfast, rooftop jacuzzi and not to be forgotten an excellent wifi connection in the room (even handy for surprise system updates...) We didn't expect so much, wondered why it didn't have 4 stars (it's better than some 4 stars hotels we've been to!)

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered us a warm welcome, showed a map of the city, and pointed to local restaurants and points of interest. They made it feel like we were special guests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, as all Italian food should be. The cornetos and bombolonis are incredible and their selection of cold cuts are fresh and tasty. The location is perfect. Close to everything, right by the lake, not too close to the bustling of the historic center, not too far from it either. Walking distance to groceries stores, restaurants, and amenities.

The staff especially Roberto, he was so helpful and friendly. Loved the roof terrace. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. Great breakfast!

This is not your typical italian 3* Hotel, so much better. Deserves 4 Stars and i know a lot of hotels in Italy. Breakfast was amazing, staff super super friendly. Recommend and would come again!

Nothing really. All fine.

Good views of the canal from all balconies but the view of the lake from the fourth floor sun deck is exceptional. We made the most of that as my companion couldn’t walk far. Friendly kitchen and bar staff. Good and extensive breakfast.

No kettle or mugs in rooms and the provided plastic cups hold c 70mls only. A kettle was found for my companion after 3 hours, with a nice mug.

Outside balcony not screened from neighbouring room a glass screen would make it more private. Some complimentary water in room would be nice. View from standard room over car park not great.
