Veronica at reception was extremely helpful, a wonderful hotel in a great position overlooking the lake remember to book a taxi if you are arriving by train.

Absolutely 10 stars! Staff at breakfast are so kind the older ladies reminded me of my nanny’s kitchen for a meal they help you mind you so well and serve up the best fresh breakfast you could ask for fruit croissants cornflakes pancakes everything on menu and help yourself, place is maintained so so well very modern room’s impeccable cleanliness rooms serviced each morning new large luxury towels luxury slippers fridge and kettle as standard in the room beds so comfortable really good air con beautiful views ask for a lake facing room for sure!! Plenty of sockets in the room strong powerful shower and beautiful pool (not heated though) so a little chilly hotel is so peaceful had the most amazing sleep each night only literally 200m to town the ferry or the beach up the road the opposite end of town. Staff at front desk are the so helpful we met different girls each day but all so so nice to us and helpful they also run the bar service too, a tall man made me the best Hugo spritz I have tasted here if you see him get him to make you one 😄😄 place deserves 10 stars and needs to be 4 star hotel for sure!! Having to leave 🥲🥲

Loved our stay at San Marco. The room was very modern and room was very clean. The cleaner's did an excellent job every day. A special mention to the very hard working ladies at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was replenished very frequently. The hotel receptionists were extremely helpful with any information and also with our taxi to the airport. Nothing too much trouble for anyone at this hotel, it was a pleasure to stay the week.

There was nothing not too like, everything was great.

Stunning location and beautifully clean hotel. Staff were amazing, especially the young woman on reception. So kind and helpful. Literally a 5 to 10 minute walk to the bars, shops and port. Breakfast was lovely and the ladies that run breakfast are so attentive. We arrived before check in, the lady checked to see if room was ready and when it wasn't they stored our luggage so we could go and explore Rooms had complimentary water, and drinks in a mini bar that were chargeable. I would definitely stay here again.

Some milk in the room would have been nice as we take our tea and coffee with milk. That is literally the only negative thing I can think of

Hotel and staff were excellent. Room and bathroom were perfect size. Although we had a room on the side of the building we had a lovely side view of beautiful Lake Garda. The hotel is in a very quiet road. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was a gorgeous 5 minute walk to the town.

A couple of very small niggles. Although there was a small bin in the bathroom I always think it useful to have a bin in the bedroom. Pillows were a little too firm, but to be fair I didn’t ask if there was an alternative. The bread at breakfast was very basic and uninteresting.

The best breakfast selection we have had in Europe! Something for everyone, fresh fruits including fresh figs were on offer and not seen before roasted vegetables and also walnuts ( in their shells) great bread selection too along with the meats and cheeses!

The bar being closed at 10.00pm, after a stroll from town following our meal, a nightcap and chat with friends and fellow residents was a little bit curtailed by early closing time.

It’s in a great location. Having the swimming pool is also a bonus. Staff were friendly too and place is well kept. Near to restaurants and town.

Felt very clinical, especially the rooms and corridors. Pity the bar / cafe didn’t accept card payment- still not sure why. Not sure it’s worth the price paid, maybe we expected more.

Fabulous location right beside Lake Garda Big outside terrace to sit and enjoy the views Short walk into bustling old town to browse shops and eat Short walk to the pier for the boat tours on the lake Just a few mins by taxi to the railway station with direct connections to Verona, Venice or Milan Lake front is on a quiet street with very little traffic Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful - all spoke very good English

Rooms were lovely and very clean, the staff were excellent ,so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. The pool area was spotless and the pool itself was bigger than I taught it would be.The view from the hotel is stunning and the hotel is in a great location right beside the lake, close to Peschiera and loads of nice restaurants nearby.
