I liked the staff, the rooms, the utilities, the price, basically everything

Firstly they ask 100 euros "guarantee" which are not mentioned on booking. Thats really weird. They only asked me for my credit card to pay said guarantee in case i mess something up. Again, weird. What happens if im on a tight budget? - it should be mentioned on booking This guarantee consists of you cleaning the kitchen and taking your trash out. Now obviously you should at least try to leave the room decent if you re not an animal, but taking the trash out is too much. Would still come again, but hopefully they'll change this policy.

The location was great and extremely close to Peschiera del Garda, a short 8 minute drive to Gardaland. The kitchen was fully equipped. The resort is lovely, unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool, but it looks very nice.

We were there for a short 2 night stay and didn't think to bring dishwashing fluid and a sponge, and for checkout you need to clean the apartment. Of course it is no problem to wash up after ourselves, but a small cleaning cit would have been lovely. Also if you stay here, bring a hairdryer since it's not available in the room. :)

Pool and facilities for kids was great, the pool is not deep and allows the kids to go to the depths they prefer gradually, the staff at Laguna Pool are amazing and entertain the kids.

The food is not best quality at the pool and they have no healthy options, but that said they serve all day and kids can grab pizza, nuggets and fries etc, which makes staying at the pool easier. The bedding and furniture in the apartments is a bit old and worn, especially the sofa beds, very old covers etc but the sheets are clean.

The pools were excellent, and there was a selection to choose from. The shuttle bus was a real bonus as taxi rides would have added considerably to the expense. Entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout the day and were very friendly.

I think there needs to be more support when locating the self catering accommodation. A map was provided but difficult to use in the dark and in unfamiliar location. Also the distance from the reception was difficult to negotiate without the availability of luggage trollies especially when travelling with young children who needed assistance.

the apartments were generally a good size and very clean, it was the start of their season and the whole place was very quiet which was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had a good selection of food (though we only used it once) and the pizzeria was also a good choice with our grandchildren. the free shuttle into Peschiera Del Garda was also invaluable. There were three pools very close to the apartment which were all great - especially given how quite the resort was.

two bed apartment living space was a little small with 3 children. The drinks in the restaurant (as part of an all inclusive meal) were not great the white wine was not pleasant, the beer was however good but the choice of children’s drinks was very limited (Rolla Cola & orangeade).

The pool and breakfast was very good. The quiet, good place. If drive by car, then an excellent place.

When I was reserving the room, I thought that we will go by foot from the city center to the Residence Eden, but turns out that it is not possible. I hadn't noticed that the Residence provides the shuttle bus, so we got by the taxi. Next days we use the free shuttle bus provided by the Residence Eden.

This place is amazing! When I booked I was worried about some negative reviews but I took the risk and I'm happy I did. It was clear that many of the things people complained about has been improved, this is what reviews are meant for, no? After the stay, they ask guests to clean the kitchen area only, not the whole apartment and I believe this is fair because some people can leave a lot of dirt behind them and that's not fair for the cleaning staff. The reception staff was very nice! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable, our apartment's balcony overlooked the pool and it was really nice to have our breakfast there! The amusement facilities (pools, mini Golf, car Karts etc.), activities (dance, music, water gym, games, mini club for kids, there were even two live shows during our stay) and the animation team are the highlight of this place. You and your kids will never get board, there is plenty to do and the team is very nice and sweet. There are several pools with enough beds for everybody and nice areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. There are plenty of options to eat and drink with fair prices, all within few mins walking distance. You don't need to leave the place unless you want to shop in a supermarket and there is a big supermarket just 5 mins away with a car. We had a lovely stay and we will visit Residence Eden again for sure. Thank you!

Nothing much, just the water in the shower was turning hot to cold every bit, the shower itself was old and broken and that was annoying.

Beautiful pool garden. Comfortable beds and good matresses for a bad back like mine. I like stiffer matresses. The receptionists were very professional and took good care of us. Location is good, it's close to Gardaland.

It's a dog friendly hotel and people take their dogs whether they are well trained or not, so some dogs were pretty loud and barked a lot. Then in some places you can smell the dog pee in the heat.

We really like that this place is never too packed, very relaxing. Spacious 2 bed apartment. Brilliant pool. Brilliant staff. Shuttle bus to get into town

It's a wee bit away from the lake but we always take a car so not a deal breaker and there is a very efficient shuttle. Closes a bit early in evening maybe

Pools were all great and felt like more than a 2 star because of the facilities we could use in the hotel

Room wasn’t very clean, floors left our feet black and balcony covered in bird poo constantly, need to do something to prevent the birds from sitting there as couldn’t put clothes or towels out to dry.
