Great hotel on outskirts of Pescheira. Good sized rooms with large clean bathroom and A/C. Reception staff (thank you )and housekeeping were really helpful and very nice. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great restaurant over the road. The pool was a bonus as it was so hot when we stayed. Always quiet so plenty of sunbeds

The irate chef who came screaming at us to stop playing with a ball in the pool. ( we were the only people by the pool)and threatened to have us thrown out. He said we had to use the kids play area....my sons are 23 and 17 !!! Need signs by pool so that people know

Family run business so we felt treated very well and all was beyond our expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel is close to train station, bus stops, and has all facilities needed in its surroundings....playground, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, church, centre, & all you might need.

Mosquitoes! However not sthing that the Hotel has to control. Big Mosquitoes were all outside the place at Peschiera del Garda. Thank god I had the spray against the mosquitoes!

We stayed 6 nights. A nice and very comfortable family run hotel. Excellent location to explore the area on foot including evening dining or go to the nearby parks and the lake area by car, plenty of parking spaces, diverse very good breakfast, and a nice pool as an unexpected bonus - all being very affordable as compared to other options in the area.

A kettle in the room would definitely be a good upgrade.

Shower Plenty of hotwater and terrific pressure spoilt by too small a handset,would be perfect if replaced with a variable patten wide head hand set No kettle in room, knew this beforehand and took our own travel one.

Extremely friendly staff on the front desk who kindly explained everything in English for us. The room was spacious, peaceful and clean, seemed newly renovated compared to some of the previous pictures. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasted great. Ideal location for the train station, bus stops and getting to the water, as well as a good supermarket on the same street and nice eateries in the area. Didn't make use of the pool as we swam in the lake but it looked well maintained and clean. Were able to leave our luggage in a secured area after checkout so that we could make the most of the day. Overall, Hotel Bel Sito exceeded expectations, very happy with the stay

If anything could be improved it would just be that our room didn't have air conditioning, but we knew that before booking. The temperature was actually fine with the window open there was enough of a breeze that we weren't uncomfortable

The bel sito suited our needs to a Tee. Good location, very good staff., v good breakfast, mainly continental style but there was bacon and scrambled eggs as well. One small observation, the hotel does not have/offer anywhere to have a shower and get changed if you have a late flight home. We did ask about paying to keep our room for longer but were told this was not possible and we can understand this when the hotel is full. Ooops, forgot, the pool is very nice with plenty of sun beds

We stayed here as two families to visit Gardaland. Overall a nice hotel with free parking. 2 buildings. Very tasty breakfast. Nice rooms + availability of family rooms, which is generally rare. Very nice balcony. Very close distance to both the park itself and nearby shops and cafes. It seems to me that this is simply an ideal place to attend activities in this region.

There is practically no territory. There is no kettle in the room. But its ideal for visiting the park and a short/transit stay.

Overall, it was a nice experience. The staff was very nice. Kind, attentive and smiling always. The room was ok. For the price, it could be a little bit better. Overall it was very moderate. The breakfast is a classic Italian breakfast with lots of sweets.

Some stuff in the breakfast buffet (croissant and fruits) finished quickly and they did not fill them again. If you're not early in the morning, you don't get to enjoy the same breakfast as others.

Customer service amazing from the staff. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Location close to train station, and supermarket close by. Lovely little pool, not over crowded. Drinks and snacks for pool not over priced. Lent is a bottle opener late at night for opening some wine. Left luggage secure and without cost. Check out (11am) not too early. TV in each connecting bedroom and air con in each. Blinds on windows to block out heat and light. Lovely family run budget hotel, great value. Lift for heavy luggage.

IIt was all good for the price.

We liked the hotel and its location (very near to train station, where a free bus to Gardaland is provided). The rooms are big enough for 4 persons, very comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Kids loved swimming pool. We liked Peschiera de Garda. Definitely we will come back here again.
