We liked a lot location, apartment itself, facilities and surroundings

Despite the good things I said it is important to mention that last night before we left while we were sleeping (with kids inside) someone broke into our apartment (and 4 others as we found later) and stole the bag and the wallets. It is pity though that the village staff reaction was very indifferent to what happened as if this is a regular thing taking place on a common basis: "Did you search in the garbage? Don't worry , usually the things are found" they said in reception. This was true indeed and a few hours later we found our things, including cards and the phone, wet but untouched. The money was stolen, almost 500 EURO. But no responsibility by the place itself was taken in any manner. Definitely ruined our impression from the place and the trip in general.

Good pools, parking and cleanliness.

The kitchen in the room could have been better equipped. There were few cutlery and an incomplete set of glasses. Very few kitchen utensils, making it difficult for those who want to cook. Furthermore, I was informed by the reception that, when checking out, it is my obligation to leave the kitchen clean and the cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and utensils washed. I asked why, as I was leaving. The hotel responded that this is so that everything is ready for the next guest. Honestly, besides it sounding strange for the guest to have to leave everything washed, which in my opinion is up to the hotel (this is the hotels's business...) it still seems unhygienic for the next guest to use dishes washed by the previous guest, in other words, a non-professional wash.

An amazing accommodation for our family of two adults and 2 children. Welcoming and includes all necessities for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and we also ordered take out from restaurant which was prepared in good time. Supermarkets within walking distance but having a car will surely be better. Parking is available behind accomodation just a few meters away.Nice pool. Although most of the apartments were occupied it was always quite and peaceful and we really enjoyed the outdoor space.

The only thing missing was a kettle.

We really liked the apartment, it had everything we needed. We loved the swimming pools, there were always sun beds and chairs available by the pool and the children really enjoyed the mini kids disco each evening at 20:30. We were a bit worried before visiting that it would be impossible to travel by foot outside of the village, but when we did, we found it was fine to walk on the outside of the road and we just followed the locals.

The only thing that was a bit tricky for me personally was that the restaurant choice wasn’t particularly amazing for me when we visited as I am a coeliac and they really only had a few choices, mostly salads. However, having said that, they did show me what I could eat and they were very accommodating.

We went there to visit Garland 2 days, which is at less than 10 min drive. The place is really good, even of it was April and the swimming pools were not operating. Modern and big flat, nice view on the internal garden, parking just in front of the flat.

Just some minor things, than do no affect my good rating: - When walking around and meeting some staff members, they were hardly saying hello. - I asked to the reception some info on where was the restaurants area in Peschiera, the lady didn't know. - Google Map gave a wrong indication to arrive there through the back, which is a closed road.

The location is good , the staff is nice and very helpful. Rooms size are fine , for family up to 5 persons. Facilities inside the room are not in good shape , the bathroom need to refresh asap . The cleaning of the room also need to improve , the sheets were changed everyday but the floor and the bathroom was not cleaned as it should

We only had dinners which were terrific and good value for money. The only thing we had in the morning was coffee which was terrific and the breakfast team were very friendly. We used the great facilities in the kitchen for breakfast. Location great, facilities great, also had a problem with the lock it was fixed in 5 minutes thanks to the maintenance team- molto bene. The location for local supermarkets, garda landa and other theme parks is perfect. Also drove to Venice from here, a little over an hour. Windows are double glazed, good curtains = best sleep and sleep in. Price was really reasonable.

Please note these are only things I can think of. 1. Wifi access could be a little better inside 2. Notify pool opening times on website

Everything was working and clean. Very friendly staf. Overall a nice experience. Easy to visit other cities and places around Garda lake. Big supermarkets near.

The restaurant played always loud music and wasn't as nice as expected. Rooms were big but floorplan wasn't practical. Loud fan turned on when you put lights on in the bathroom, so in the night you have to go to the bathroom in the dark if you don't want to wake up everyone.

The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen area. There is a stove, microwave, and mini fridge as well as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, and even a colander. We had two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. There was a couch that could be used to sleep one in the main room. The pools and common area were fun, and the restaurant had great choices with very reasonable prices.

Wifi is not in every building. We needed to ask the front desk for the password, and could only reach it from the couch. Check in time was listed for 1800 or later, but we were able to check in at 1600 no problem.

A good place near Garda lake, Gardaland. everything you need is just on a few minutes drive.

There is a huge problem with wi-fi. Although it is said that there is free wi-fi in the campsite, it works only on several places and is quite slow. Absolutely no internet in the apartments. I consider the the description to be a lie. We were extremely disappointed when it turned out that slow wi-fi works only near the reception and near the restaurant. Then you should not promise wi -fi in the premises in your description. This is misleading.
