This delightful accommodation is a stone's throw away from the Pisa train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, oozing charm and warmth, perfect for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. One unique feature was the quaint little garden. The entire place was spotless, a testament to the meticulous care of the premises. The host was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and gave great advice about local spots to visit. Although the breakfast, prepared the day before, was just OK and could perhaps use fresher options, it still provided a decent start to the day. Overall, this place is a gem in Pisa, combining convenience, cleanliness, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable and quaint stay!"

Very close to the train station and the rooms were on the ground floor which had a kitchen connected and a separate bedroom with an AC as it was hot and humid. there is a small garden in the backyard The host Barbara was super good and very responsive, and kudos to the hospitality provided, she guided us on what we could visit in Pisa and she spoke very good English which is an added advantage. Breakfast was typical Italian style along with fruits, however, to be noted there were lots of additional food items stored in the fridge like water bottles, milk, and juice, and that was complimentary which is very rare with a B&B, I would say it was a good gesture from her end to take care of the customers. I appreciate it.

This is just feedback, a mirror should be provided in the room, as it becomes cumbersome while getting ready, to see your self one needs to go to the bathroom. a half or full-length should suffice.

We arrived quite late in the evening on a flight into Pisa, but were given clear instructions on how to operate the key safe and let ourselves in. Barbara lives upstairs and came down to welcome us. She was also very helpful in helping us to locate a restaurant nearby. The B&B was perfect for us, as it was close to the railway station, but was in a very quiet location and opened out onto a garden area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spavous. Breakfast was laid out in a kitchen area, next door, so that we could help ourselves and was quite substantial. After checkout time we were able to leave our luggage in a locked cupboard in the hallway while we went off to explore Pisa.

We could just have done with longer to appreciate our surroundings, next time we would stay for longer.

A lot of space, with a back yard as well. Very nice breakfast was made available, with some notable healthy selections. Clean. The hosts were so helpful with info and they were very flexible with our arrival and departure times. They have secure system for self serve luggage storage if you arrive early or stay in the city past your checkout. Great coffee machine.

What a find, perfect for our family, amazing space clean, well decorated with a modern Italian style. Barbara was very accommodating and attentive without being intrusive. Great little touches such as coffee machine, outdoor space, dining area. Breakfast was served on a little trolley which was novel and provided lots of choice. The property is within a short walk of the station but close to the river and great eateries. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Tim, Caz and Ed!

We had a quick layover in Pisa before exploring Tuscany and the Victoria House B&B met our needs perfectly. Extremely convenient to the airport and train station, perfectly clean and extremely accommodating host. We loved how we were able to store our bags while we went to explore Pisa for a few hours.

The accommodation was near to the train station, but there was no noise at all. The accommodation was simply perfect. Every little thing is important to the owner as well. You can see it means a lot to Barbara too. This is a beautiful little jewelry box. I couldn't have expected better.

We only stayed here for one night for a stopover. This place was really a nice room good facilities. A five minute walk from train station. We where made up. Will definitely stay here again, for a few days next time.

I can't say there was anything. Though we didn't eat the breakfast. Because it seemed a bit naff. But also I wanted to go out for breakfast and the price and standard of room,I wouldn't have even offered breakfast.

Barbara was really friendly and welcoming and gave us exact directions to reach the house! The house is really pretty and comfortable, and has everything you need, iron, hair dryer. The garden is really pretty. The bed is so comfortable, we wished we could sleep in longer. The breakfast is prepared the evening before so you can eat anytime in the morning. We loved our stay!

The owner was super nice, always available via booking messages and provided us very useful information about pisa. The location is very near the train station, which is perfect when arriving/departing by train or plane. The room has a lot of space, a separate kitchen and a cosy garden. Breakfast was provided and it was good.

Nothing very relevant. The room could use better light blinds. After 6am the room was not dark anymore. But this is my personal preference. Also it was not clear if we should bring our own shower gel/shampoo as the ones left in the room were short for 2 nights (maybe it was mentioned in the room details and I didn't read all of them carefully)
