A fantastic well located apartment within easy reach of everything in pizza that you would need. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need with a handy little coffee machine maker in the communal area where you can also store your luggage when you need to leave. The apartment is super clean and the owner and Valentina are really really helpful and kind and did everything they could do to go out of their way for us to make our stay very comfortable. We are really happy that we chose BNB Stella apartment to stay in.

More of an airbnb than a hotel or B and B. Flat is near the train station in a quiet street. Check in was very straight forward - thoroughly informed by email/text on booking in procedures and given keybox code. Clean and spacious room with everything you need. Nice touch is the small fridge in the room with free drinks in it. Lovely new en suite bathroom. Large communal kitchen area to use again with everything you could need. Owner very helpful and answered my queries promptly and arranged a taxi to take me to the airport.

Very minor but found air fresheners in room a bit overpowering

The location is perfect for a late arrival at Pisa airport and then a quick transfer to the train station. Its basically a block away from the train station. The check-in instructions were clear and the hosts were very responsive when we were confused with things. And the self check-in was handy for our late arrival. The highlight had to be the mattresses, though. Italy is notorious for uncomfortable spring mattresses but these were new memory foam mattresses! Welcome to the 2000s LOL. It was perfect after nearly 24 hours of traveling. We were also able to leave our suitcases for a couple hours as we walked to the Tower of Pisa.

Clean, comfortable beds and very close to the train station. It was very easy to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. The check-in system is very efficient, you can check-in late without problems which was excellent for us since we were unsure of our arrival time. For longer stays, the communal fridge in the kitchen was a wonderful idea.

It is super close to the train station but the area is a bit dodgy. We did not encounter any problems but I must admit I would have felt a bit unsafe walking the street if I was alone. It’s also a bit far from the leaning tower (around 20 minute walk), so that is something to consider if you are looking for something more central. However, if you are looking for a place close to the train station or don’t mind the nice walk along the shopping street, its location is excellent.

The location was excellent, only a short 15/20 minute walk to the main tourist sites (leaning tower etc) The hosts were so helpful and provided us with so much information before we arrived. The room was very clean, comfy beds, good air conditioning and wi-fi. Perfect if you need to be close to the train station and airport, we would definitely stay again!

Good space and v clean. Close to Station. Easy check in with lockbox and clear instructions. Coffee pods in common area and well stocked minifridge. 2 mins from the station. 20 min stroll from rhe leaning tower. Lots of cafes near for food

Went to a pizza place with the 10% off voucher and the staff had not heard of it!

Very comfortable room and excellent facilities. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It is a nice touch that you have a little fridge filled with drinks which were free. There was also an opportunity to get discount at certain restaurants in Pisa. Very close to Pisa train station.

At night the area by the train station was a bit dubious however, Stella B&B was very quiet and we had no problems at all.

We arrived at the accommodation very late as our plane was delayed, we struggled to get a taxi at Pisa airport so we decided to walk to the accommodation which took around 20 mins, Samuele was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to get into the property. The property was nice and the bed was comfy. Location was good as it was around a 20 minute walk to the leaning tower and less than 5 minutes to the train station.

There was a bit of a funny odour in the room and a couple of stains on the bedding (this didn't bother us but worth mentioning).

Amazing location. Right by the train. Easy to access and check in. They made it easy for me to show up and just get to resting. Comfortable quarters and thoughtful inclusions in the room!

I wish breakfast was included. You are certainly paying for the location, but much nicer and cheaper than a hotel room.

It's located close to the train station, but without being noisy. You can walk directly to the Borgo Stretto area and further on to the Piazza dei Miracoli. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the free snacks and beverages. All in all, a very good experience
