Hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of bread, croissant, meat, cheese, fruit.

Room had no view, window opened onto a gap in the building. This wasn’t any problem really.

Location was great as a base, right near station and walkable into the city centre room was good, bathroom excellent, plenty hot water, clean, bed big , very firm mattress (but that's ok with us) it looked dated but that's because the wardrobe was big and very dark brown...but plenty of room to store clothes. view not great, but it is a city centre , staff nice, breakfast lovely (nothing hot) but plenty to choose from....nice fresh coffee alongside the machine too, fridge in room with water and juice to purchase.

Wasn't able to get tea/coffee after breakfast, no English speaking chanels on TV, did hear the neighbour chatting on phone, location of hotel is a bit rough ....but back streets of Italy are rough.

Friendly reception staff at both check in and check out. Staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Varied selection and something for everyone (cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread rolls, ham, cheeses, sweet cakes and jams etc) . Breakfast area was very quiet. We could store our bags in the TV room so we could explore Pisa for the day before travelling onwards. Slept well as the room (409) was very quiet. Bathroom was clean and the pressure in the shower was good. There was a lift. The room was big (quadruple) and the hotel was central.

Mini fridge made a bit of noise.

It was great for 1 night stay to visit Pisa tower. Close to the train station and the airport. Good place to start or to end your trip in Italy taking trains to different directions. Our room was large and clean, breakfast was good and girl in there was very helpful.

They do not have a separate room for the luggage and we had to leave our bags in the sitting area which is away from the reception. I thought this might be a little unsafe and had to keep my passport with me walking in town. But all was ok. It is about 30 min walk to the Pisa tower but only a short walk from the train station which was exactly what we needed. Men in the reception area could be more polite.

The staff at Hotel Terminus Plaza were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warm welcome set the tone for the entire stay, and their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made me feel well taken care of. The highlight of each morning was the breakfast at the hotel. The spread was not only generous but also featured a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. From fresh pastries and fruits to savory selections, the breakfast at Hotel Terminus Plaza was a perfect way to start the day. The attentive staff in the dining area ensured that everything was well-stocked and presented. The rooms at the hotel were comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities provided added to the overall positive experience, and the attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. After a day of exploring Pisa, returning to a cozy and well-appointed room was a welcome retreat.

Nothing to be honest

This is a absolutely a great classic hotel just few steps from main train station of Pisa, but not close to be disturbed with any train noise. The staff at front desk very friendly and kind. As it is a classic hotel, front desk staff available 24/7 The room with 4 beds (one double and 2 single) quite large enough with 2 windows on 2 walls. The bathroom is in a separate area at the entrance of the room. Room spotless clean. Beds comfy. Bathroom freshly clean and all necessities available walking to Pisa tower is about 20 minutes make sure to ask staff to give you a tourist map with the best street to use for walking to see the most beautiful restaurent and stores in your way

Nothing bad. Everything really perfect. Well priced and city tax is minimal 2.5 Euro per person per night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives to Pisa by train, literally 3 minutes walk!

This hotel is located within very easy reach of the train station. The room was decent enough. We only stayed one night, due to arriving late in to the country. So this really was a whistlstop stay. It is located within a comfortable 15/20 min walk to the tower. This hotel was just fine and I would happily stay again

This is far from a deal breaker, but the reception staff were not friendly. They were professional, which is of course the main thing and important to point out. But after a long day of travel, we just noticed the little things like that. We had cause to visit reception 3 times and each time was the same.

Staff worked very hard to help when our safe didn't work. The rooms were cleaned well, bathroom was well stocked. Breakfasts were very good, and as described. The location was chosen for it's convenience to rail and flight connections as well as not being too far from evening meal options and we were quite happy with it. There was always someone on the desk, and the hotel looked lovely inside. The decoration of public spaces was thoughtful and attractive. The room was rather darker, but OK as you're really only sleeping in there.

The shower in our room had problems with the doors allowing leaking, but towels were plentiful so not disastrous. I'm not sure we reported this actually , sorry.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet but our friends rooms faced the street and they said it was a bit noisy. The breakfast was probably the best continental I've had in a long time. Loads of choice and everything was fresh and presented nicely. The staff were really helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Pisa in the future.

The room was a bit cold on arrival.
