On arrival Gianni provided a thorough overview of all the surrounding towns, wineries and recommended restaurants which was most helpful. The breakfast provided was a delightful Italian spread. No request was too large and when we asked for non-dairy milk for our coffee, it was at breakfast the next day. We left each morning full and happy! On the morning of our departure we had to leave early and Gianni ensured the breakfast was ready before we left. The location was just magnificent, a fantastic view to come home to each evening. There was a swing and hammock to relax in whilst enjoying the view. One member of our party had a toothache during our stay and Gianni organised for a dental appointment that day with his dentist. The location being away from town overlooking the Tuscan Valley is absolutely beautiful. Gianni was very friendly, very informative, giving us suggestions on places to eat & visit. He's a Poggibonsi local, and this home was his family's summer home. He loves to play the piano, and talk to his guests. The breakfast was good with fresh fruits, made to order scrambled eggs, yogurt, toasts, tomatoes.... and some cakes. The place is very quiet. Make sure to purchase wines before you arrive so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay. Grazie mille!

We had a great time in Podere Mancino. Location: close to Poggibonsi which has great shops, restaurants, hospital pharmacy etc. Autobahn to Florence entrance is very close, there are many Great medieval towns around. Staff: Gianni is the best host ever! He is kind, super helpful, goes above and beyond to make his guests happy. Plus talented- you can see him using the tractor and 5 mins later, playing the piano:) he made us feel at home. Service: daily breakfast is quite good with eggs, cheese, croissants cakes coffee etc. The seating area is cosy. You can take your food and eat outside with the best view in Tuscany. Overall, our experience was amazing and we will hopefully be back!

Where to start? Mancino was the absolute best. It was beyond what I had hoped for my visit to Tuscany and it captured everything I wanted. The picturesque views, the scenery, the peace. But what made Mancino really stand out was the host, Mr. Gianni. He is the best host I have ever had in all of my travels. He offered to pick us up from the Poggibonsi train station and also drove us to the town every day when he makes his daily grocery run. He has a delicious home-made breakfast everyday and brings new delights every day as well as cooks eggs the way we want it. He starts off the morning playing piano and makes us feel at home, especially with our 1 year old baby.

Rooms could be better furnished. Even perfect bed, there should be some sitting option - a small sofa or chairs with a small table. Instead of unused stuff (extra bed etc.) which takes just the place.

We stayed at this property for an entire week. The property has a big yard with stunning views of the beautiful Tuscan country side. Our room was large, comfortable and had a well equipped large bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a broad selection, including items the host would make to order. We found the location perfect for exploring many places in Tuscany. The host is an outstanding resource for information that substantially adds to what is found in travel books, especially when it comes to selecting travel routes, parking and restaurants.

The house is ideal for people who search for a disconnecting time after a hard year full of work, or simply looking for a connection with nature to relax. The atmosphere is incredible, the sound of nature and fresh air, combined with the incredible food cooked by the host, Gianni. One can never imagine how magical it is to hear Gianni playing piano at sunset while relaxing outside with a wine, until one gets there. The host was incredible, helping us with recommendations regarding what to see around Tuscany, cooking us delicious food and drawing maps by hand. He is such a warm and nice presence. This place is HEAVEN. One of the best views in the world and Giovanni plays the most wonderful piano every sunset. Every sunset I see from now on will be compared to the sunset I saw here at Mancino's. Also the place was super clean, breakfast amazing and all for such an amazing price. He should charge 3x more. He puts a lot of love into this place and it shows.

- The person who received us was polite and gave us tips for dinner's and places to see nearby. - Breakfast was nice for the price.

- The bed was too soft, kind of used mattress, unfortunately we didn't sleep well because of it.

We had the most wonderful time in Podere Mancino. The place is amazing, the view from the garden is spectacular. We were fortunate to see a beautiful sunset. Gianni, the host, is a super kind person we helped us with everything. He shared many tips with us to explore the surroundings and helped us book at the restaurants. The room was super clean with comfortable bed. This place is a TRUE gem and the best place and most friendly host we had throughout our entire holiday in Italy
