Ignazio the manager of Casa Qosi BnB was extremely supporting and avaliable to help at all time. He was able to provide prompt support whenever I needed one. The location is superb. My stay at the facility was enjoyable and worth every penny I paid. I highly recommend the place.

Soap holder inside the shower perhaps?

This is an excellent place to stay if you are taking the train, which is an excellent way to travel in this part of Italy. The walk to from the station to the B & B is only about 10 minutes with no hills to climb. It is in upper Ragusa, called Ragusa Superiore. It is the city’s more modern part and has a very nice modern street with lovely and fashionable clothing shops, bars and restaurants mostly for local people. They love to get out and walk the main street around the corner in the evening. It also has the ornate Ragusa Cathedral. One has to walk or take a shuttle bus downhill quite a long way to get to the very interesting historic town called Ragusa Ibia. It would be a better place to stay if one arrives by car. However it is a long ways from the train station. While dealings with the owner manager is all by messaging and, if necessary, Whatsapp this works out perfectly OK as he is very helpful and speaks good English. One has breakfast at one of 2 small restaurants around the corner and that works out perfectly well as that is where local people come and go.

It is a long way to walk downhill to the old town, Ragusa Ibia.

Our 2 nights' stay at Casa Qosi were absolutely wonderful. The room was small but very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need (even extra items such as slippers). It is located right in the heart of Ragusa so the town comes bustling to life during the day, with lots of lovely cafes & restaurants located within very close walking distance. You have a choice of 2 different cafes to eat breakfast at, which is a choice of lovely, typical Sicilian pastries, granita & coffee. Check in was great as we were arriving pretty late and had the option of self check in which was super easy. Our host Ignazio was super helpful and made sure to guide us through it. He also went over & above in ensuring we had a great stay - upon check out we were unable to find a taxi (somehow seems like a rather difficult feat in Ragusa) and his partner was kind enough to give us a lift herself! Thank you for the amazing hospitality - we will definitely be back!

The carpark available under the B&B is extremely tight and difficult to get into. I would not risk it unless you are driving the tiniest of cars!

Very modern and new

The drinks fridge was not very cold and we were not given sufficient time to receive codes to enter the property as we only had WIFI when at our previous accommodation in Siracusa. Being from UK we did not have roaming internet. We had to contact Ignacio by phone.

This modern room (Q2) is not only spotless but also conveniently equipped with a mini fridge (finding cold water in it when checking in on a hot autumn day was a thoughtful touch). The room also has a nice small balcony - perfect for enjoying afternoon snacks (food not included, though:)

The location and the manager was really nice. He was helpful and all the process with the accommodation was smooth. We were just in a one nice room, just be aware there is nothing like glasses for wine or coffee maschine etc. But thanks to the reviews we already knew that. We stay here only for one night so it was sufficient. But glasses for wine would be really good upgrade, especially with the nice balcony and the view ;)

In the shower was mold, so it does not give a feeling of cleanliness. Once is this solved, I believe it will looks much more better.

Clean, nicely furnished, balcony, breakfast included. I also really liked the pre-made website with instructions from the host.

It would be even better with some kitchen utensils, maybe two wine glasses to make the most out of the balcony.

Decor was new. Designer of B&B arranged everything well including place for luggage.This was best place we stayed on our trip. Location was good. For breakfast we went to restaurant next door.

Short drive distance to beach, walking distance to old city, very friendly citizens, not too busy roads, always a place to park, very warm welcome by hosts, supportive and guide! Will definitely visit again and recommend!

Everything was great, room was very comfortable event though it was not very big, balcony is very nice addittion, it was possible to leave our backpacks after check-out, it is also located close to train and bus stations
