A fabulously beautiful, stylish hotel. The staff very attentive. A true 5 star experience, with a down to earth feel. Very friendly, every need met and beyond. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we received flowers, a cake, a very sweet gesture . A lot of thought is put into each guest and their needs. The spa and massages a treat not to be missed. And all of this pampering for a relatively reasonable price. The best hotel in Sicily for what we got in return. It was a truly wonderful experience and to recommend to anyone making their way to Ragusa.

We liked everything about this property, from the moment we arrived, the host, Micheal, and his staff were exceptional. Very easy and friendly check-in process, they even parked our car for us, then delivered our luggage to a beautiful well equipped room. They had a number of English speaking TV news channels to choose from. They staff were very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The restaurants were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great walking distance to all attractions.

The hotel is inside and historical building and it is beautifully decorated. we got upgraded upon arrival and our room had a view on the cathedral. room itself was stunning , elegantly furnished with a modern bathroom. the entire staff was beyond helpful and kind and helped with restaurant recommendations. breakfast is served in a stunning room with frescos and has sweet and savory options. even some breakfast items you can order a la carte. your favorite newspaper is delivered to your room daily. I cannot recommend this place enough. We really wanted to extend our stay because everything was perfect. look no further if you’re in Ragusa , just book here and you will no regret it.

Very old and charming building. It is walking distance from many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served in an amazing grand room that makes you feel like you're dining in a castle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

If i had to find something to complain about, there were several very bright, flashing lights in the room...seemed like on the smoke detection system or something. It was quite annoying in the middle of the night.

We enjoyed our stay at Relais Antica Badia. The hotel was a wonderful example of the history of the area, and very well maintained with displays of antique furniture and artworks. The location was central to walking into the old town, which is a must see for everyone travelling to this town. The staff were helpful with every inquiring we had. It is a wonderful place in this historic hilltop town.

Location. Location. What a splendid hotel, palace. We loved our modern rooms and the view from our balconies were fantastic. Breakfast was ample and it was fun to eat in the palatial dining room. Loved that we could get fresh cannoli made on the spot. The bed was really comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

Exquisite taste, attention to detail, beauty everywhere you look, elegance in abundance, comfort beyond compare, efficient friendly supportive staff, secure parking right there (a bit tricky pulling into the narrow driveway- pull in your side mirrors). Breakfast in abundance as well with pretty much anything you care to order including eggs Benedict. This is indeed a true “vero e proprio” 5 star luxury hotel. And a healthy walk to the old Ibla lower part of town. I must confess, we took a cab back up. no problem.

The whole place is simoly amazing and well maintained. Our room was very spacy with an amazing big Bathroom and a small balcony. The Relais is closeby the Ragusa Cathedral and city center and about 15min walk from Ragusa Ibla . The staff is really friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast coukd be a bit more with local flavor, but still very good indeed

Sensazionale! Magnifico! Spettacolare! A wonderful Hotel! Charming, clean, loving, spacious and great! A huge praise to the grandiose incredibly loving and accommodating staff. A thank you to the breakfast staff "I felt like a princess". I am thrilled and would like to have this hotel available in several cities and countries. Wonderful. I slept and ate like a queen. Beautifully presented hotel in a lovely historic building. Great location , near the old city and surrounded by excellent trattoria. The staff, whatever their role were exceptional. Very helpful ,friendly and professional.
