The view from our room was beautiful, the view from the restaurant was beautiful, the swimming pool was wonderful we always managed to find 2 sunbeds together and no matter where you positioned yourself the views were amazing. A nice 4-5minutes walk to the main square and plenty of lovely restaurants surrounding it.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was adequate but could have worked better, the cleanliness of the swimming pool again could have been better. Apart from those things I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Graal.

The Staff were all very friendly, Location of the Hotel and view from top of Ravello was amazing, Ravello itself is like 25 Min from Main Amalfi town with frequent every 30 Min to 1 Hr bus (SITA bus with 1.5 EUR) to Amalfi and back starting 7 AM and ends at 10 PM ..... Ravello is quiet place compared to Positano or Amalfi yet value for money was v.good .... The Breakfast at hotel was amazing and with good varities .. neighbourhood was really nice and with great views (3 Min from Ravello Cathedral) and a lot of restaurants and bars open till 10 PM .... we had a special Room with view (no. 229) that has the greatest view in the whole hotel overlooking Amalfi coast from top high mountains of Ravello .... all went great and very nice

Nothing all was great .. only one thing was some lizards in the balcony due to the nature of Greenery surrounding the hotel so for people who panic this can be not good thing to have yet for people who are ok with them nothing is harmful

The welcome set the tone, really friendly and helpful. Then we saw the view and I immediately decided to extend our planned stay. Ravello itself was beautiful and much more relaxed than the rush of Amalfi. Lots to do and see and plenty of really good restaurants. We walked down to Amalfi one day and realised how lucky we were to be up in Ravello. The walk is hard (lots of steps) but it was a highlight for us. Especially the section from Atrani to Amalfi. We ended up sharing a taxi back as the busses didn’t turn up.

The only negative I should say is that we could hear people in another room, as if they were in our room. In the whole we were very happy though.

This hotel has a spectacular situation in the beautiful hill town of Ravenna, with wonderful views from all the rooms and the pool over the lovely Amalfi Coast. It's only a short walk from the centre of the town, with several nice restaurants nearby and the gates of the famous Rufolo gardens very close. We loved Ravenna because the coast is horribly crowded but up there, once the tourist coaches left late afternoon, it was beautiful and peaceful. They offer valet parking for E15 a day which is very helpful as parking is tight in this whole area and Ravenna itself is largely pedestrianised. We also loved the fantastic breakfast buffet.

Although this is a very efficient hotel, the staff, particularly the reception staff, weren't very friendly. Many of their guests only seem to stay one or two nights, which might be why it felt so impersonal. On one occasion the only road directly to Amalfi was closed because of a tragic accident. Although we asked about the bus service the day before, the receptionist (and the tourist information office) did not warn us of this - the only notification was a small and confusingly worded A4 notice on the desk that was easily hidden by guests checking in or out, and a bus timetable that was not accurate. We were stranded in Amalfi for hours with no transport and when we called the hotel to ask if they could order a taxi for us they hung up on us - twice.

Everything,the room newly renovated was exceptional with an amazing view from the balcony . The staff incredible all of them and so helpful. The included buffet breakfast had everything you could imagine . Restaurant for dinner 5 stars plus . The pool with view super clean . I can’t say enough good things about this property, only wish we could have stayed longer . Definitely want to go back . It was very reasonable priced especially for such an amazing place

Victor the barman was very friendly and helpful as we're the reception team. Nice pool area, amazing view. Breakfast was incredible. The lift was broken when we arrived but this was communicated well, assistance was given and the lift quickly repaired.

The base of the pool was dirty with sediment and could be cleaned more. The pool area is a touch too small and a bit tricky with sunbeds but absolutely workable (with good balance)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - staff were very lovely, the room was set up in a great manner. We were very fortunate to get a massive balcony that sat right on the corner, so we had lots of space to sit out & enjoy the glorious views. You can get equally a great view from the seating on the balcony at the bar area, which was idyllic to sit with an Aperol and admire! Great selection for breakfast also - everything you can think of! It had a lovely pool & lounge area though we did not utilise it for our visit. Location wise it is very near the bus stop however do go prepared as the bus only hold around 30 people and there is always a queue, so be sure to allocate money for a taxi!

The hotel is in a fantastic location with amazing sea views. The room was clean with a large balcony.

The bath was a little disappointing, the jacuzzi had obviously not been used for a while and produced a smell when activated. There was a little confusion regarding payment, I had prepaid the full balance before my stay but the hotel tried to charge me upon leaving. This was soon sorted out once I produced my confirmation email. The hotel advised they had had a problem with there payment system.

The staff were super helpful and attentive. They took us to our room and gave us very detailed help with getting around Ravello and what to see and do. The hotel had a MCM 50’s ocean vibe to it with a beautiful James Bond lounge with great modern woodwork overlooking the sea. Likewise the dining room also has insane views and heavenly views with the windows open as you eat a delicious breakfast.

Amazing view from our balcony and the dining room. The food in the restaurant was exquisite, best steak and pasta I've ever tasted. Great location with a very short walk to the piazza. Parking in Italy is expensive and very difficult but this hotel made it easy. Our beds were very comfy and I slept like a log. Receptionist guided us by phone at one point when the road to Amalfi was closed and we were lost. We loved Ravello and the hotel.

All over Italy (including this hotel) there are no heated outdoor pools, which is super disappointing.
