The location, views, the staff, breakfast and the charm and atmosphere of this hotel is beyond exceptional. We came for 2 nights and fell in love with this mini-resort style hotel and the people. Esp. All the Marias’ in the reception, the wait staff. Esp. Arthuro and the owner Matteo is beyond lovely, hospitable and caring. The town and the hotel itself is magical and charming. Everything was so beautiful and divine. You must not drive around when you visit since this town is in abundance of what it has to offer and is incomparable to Amalfi coast (main town), and forget about Positano! We thought our fave was Portofino (North Italy). But happy to say this place kicks all others butt! Don’t hesitate and just book. Come with an open mind and immerse yourself. If you’re looking for a romantic and low key this is great too. We came for our honeymoon.

The staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The views and location were excellent. It's very close to the town square.

The breakfast could be improved on but the waiting staff are very nice.

there's a disconnect with the receptionist @ the hotel and booking.com. The hotel was chargng me for 2 extra people in my booking when I specifically requested 3 people in the room per online booking thru Booking.com - i had to show my booking confirmation paper receipt with the specific request before they would accept my reservation without being charged extra- they were a little rude in the beginning but total experience was good- thanks

the location is fantastic. the view of the Amalfi coast is sensational. the „feeling“ of the property is very edwardian-aristocracy-like, they renovated the previously nobility-own palace very carefully. the staff is very friendly. the room and bathroom was spacious and clean.

breakfast is typically italian aka mainly sweet pastry. dinner is overpriced, even for the Amalfi coast.

This hotel had a bit of everything I was looking for view was perfect terrace to lounge and stunning infinity pool to cool off and the lovely staff catering to all our needs and the breakfast buffet was excellent everything you could ask for and more

My only disappointment was that my room was on the 1st floor I prefer higher but I did pick standard so if you’re booking just be aware of that

Breakfast was super ! Staff was really helpful and quit good speaking English. Location of the hotel is super close to main square of Ravello and also with the best view from the terrace and pool. The rate from us is not the best due to our room location and view, but the rest is excellent

We asked for a small laundry but was charge 98 euro. We got a little surprised with that. Sea view is good but the rooms also have a view to the road in front. Rooms from 2. Floor and up most have had a great view

The hotel has a very beautiful view of the water and the road on the Amalfi coast (Minori, Maiori...). They have also a parking space. The staff was very kind. The room was ready and was offered to us earlier than the check-in time. The hotel also has an infinity swimming pool with spectacular view. Very good breakfast and diversified.

Perfect location very close to the centre. The hotel is very beautiful and the staffs are very friendly The breakfast was very good with my foods to select from. The view from my room was breathtaking. The Internet was very fast. In fact I will recommend the hotel to my friends

The hotel is exceptional

everything! the hotel was beautiful, the location and view were spectacular, the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds were beautiful. The the staff was spectacular….specially the gals at the front desk who helped us book a boat in Amalfi. The food (and the deck view) was AMAZING! and last but not least - the owners are the best. one of the owners went above and beyond by 1,000%. I won’t say here what he did but he’s awesome. they really made us feel special.
