The food and service were great at the hotel. The afternoon eating area under the outdoor terrace and the dining room where breakfast and dinner were served both offered breathtaking views. The hotel is very chill and relaxing and the hotel staff were truly exceptional, among the best that I have experienced in my travels. I tore up me knee several days prior to the trip and experienced swelling. The hotel staff promptly and repeatedly brought ice to the room multiple times a day. Far above my expectations for service!

We had a veal entree one evening that was not up to the high standards of all our other the meals. Other than that everything else during our three night stay was wonderful!

The beautiful surroundings and incredible location were perfect for a short stay. The staff in reception were so helpful and friendly and gave very good recommendations! The restaurant is a hidden gem, the food was superb and the view is as good as any! It was very intimate on the balcony, I’m surprised it’s not as well advertised/marketed as it’s very special! Our room was great with a huge bathroom and comfortable bed.

If there was a small pool it would be even better but couldn’t fault otherwise!

Every meal I ate at Palazzo confalone was the finest quality I've experienced in my life. The beauty of the hotel is arresting. It also smells really good there. The service was exceptional! The staff at Palazzo confalone are so caring and attentive-they thought of everything. It was the luxury of a beautiful property with the familial comfort of staying with friends. The room was sparkling clean, they work very hard to maintain the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and I'll look forward to my return. Simply the best hotel ever

It was amazing. Although the rough part was our room we were at the bottom level with a beautiful view of the gardens, unfortunately our room was very musky and smelled. And we could not be moved as hotel was booked. So it was rough.. on trying to sleep.. otherwise lovely palazzo, great staff and beautifully appointed and decorated. The resturant was very good and the view spectacular ..

The breakfast was amazing. A La carte on the terrace. Great omelettes, proper coffee and freshly squeezed juice. The food in the evening was exceptional and great value for money. Amazing location for the views.

I hadn’t realised how difficult it is to get to and from Ravello. There had been a bad accident on the road which meant the road was closed to buses. The buses needed to do a big 1 hour detour. Taxis expensive. None of this is the fault of the hotel though.

Located right next door to the famous Palazzo Avino with an identical view of the stunning bay for a fraction of the price! Breakfast on the terrace was one of the highlights of our trip. There’s a little bar (Luiggi’s) right outside- great to grab a drink before dinner. Less than 5 min walk to the main square (not too many steps and they have a porter service). Rooms were clean and modern.

Our room was not in the main property but across the lane in another separate building about 2 seconds down the road.

We primarily booked a night in the Villa that is not in the the walls of the historic Palazzo - just next door - but we upgraded instantly our booking when we saw the magnificence of the place. The rooms are elegantly decorated, the bedding is very comfortable and all equipments are up to the 5-stars standard of the hotel. Except maybe the air conditioning that was not strong enough in our room as we hit 35 degrees in the Amalfi Coast at that time. The place is truly gorgeous : the gardens, the sea view in the morning and the Palazzo itself are just incredibly beautiful. We dined at the restaurant, the food was refined and the products are locally sourced - please try the tomato and ricotta ravioli, it brought me tears - as well as the wine that is property of the owner of the place. You will have your meal with the seaview if you choose the terrace or in a reception room with d’époque restored frescoes. The price are not exaggerated like in Positano and the town is way more off-the-grid (for now) The staff is incredibly attentive and careful. The breakfast was the best one we had in Italy, with local products, we had it in the gardens with the seaview. Special mention for the Apple cake which tasted like my grandma’s. This place is clearly at a Palace level, I highly recommend it - especially for a couple - such a romantic setting !

Very kind staff and perfect location to discover beautiful Ravello. Only a 10 mins drive from Amalfi (although driving in this area can be quite challenging - getting to the hotel parking requires some seriously good driving skills). The view from the hotel is stunning and the area is really calm and peaceful. The restaurant is excellent and breakfast on the terrace was awesome, with freshly baked bread and croissants and the view of the sea!

The aircondition/heating in our room didn’t work and despite informing the front desk, we were freezing during our two nights stay (end of April, still quite chilly).

The service was exceptional as was the beautiful location on the hills of Ravello. Room had an amazing terrace leading to a heavenly garden with spectacular view. The restaurant has outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The service was the real highlight, as the staff helped us with parking, reservations and any requests we had. Truly, thank you!

Bathroom could be renovated and toiletries should include conditioner.

The location and the view is amazing. The hotel is A gorgeous villa that dates back to the 11th century. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The breakfast was amazing in a beautiful dining room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There were choices on the menu and the food was delicious. I felt like royalty being transported back into time.

For the price it seemed a little stingy. There was only one bar of soap. They did not provide water except to charge you in the mini bar.
