The hosts were very friendly and helpful. When we had trouble finding the accommodation the hostess came out onto the street to guide us. She helped us find parking and get back to the accommodation. The standard of the accommodation was excellent. Everyone at the accommodation was so helpful. They even helped us get some internet shopping delivered to the hotel.

Not a complaint but bear in mind that it is a historical building, so no lifts if you are bringing heavy luggage. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is one of the best & cleanest Hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and the staff was amazing and completely organised with everything at hand. I would advise anyone going to Reggio Calabria to stay here 100%. Even gave a birthday surprise/cake which was so generous I can’t even describe! Room has everything you need, massive walk in shower, and little balcony with cushions and great sea view!

Historical building with a beautiful atmosphere including particular ligths in the room and in common spaces. Large room and really clean and cozy spaces.Great view of the seaside from the 24h free accessible rooftop. User-friendly and easy access. Great breakfast included in a bar 1 minute walking from the structure. Few meters from the coastline by one side and from corso Garibaldi on the other side and close to crucial points of the city, such as Calabria National Museum. Helpful, kind and really friendly staff. Couldn't have choosen better!!!

The Palazzo Fiaccadori is really a palace! Our room was a great combination of magical palace (the colonnaded terrace), modern convenience (the bathroom) and quirky touches that probably reflect our hostess' personality (the lighting and painting schemes). Esmeralda was super helpful, accommodating our late check in and coming over right away to help with a small problem. Reggio Calabria is an interesting and attractive city. We're so glad we visited and stayed at the Palazzo!

Really nice clean comfortable room with a small balcony. The building is beautiful, and the location is perfect. Helpful and kind staff. We really liked the breakfast vouchers for the nearby classic cafe

Can get a little noisy from the street below but it wasn’t a big deal because the room has sound proof windows just for that

Good B&B.Big room, comfortable, quiet, with safe, good temperature and great Wi-Fi. The B&B had service via WhatsApp, where they inform several codes to enter and use. Breakfast-vouchers to be taken at two nearby cafeterias. Attention The B&B indicates a Sottozero ice cream shop. So there is one on the back street that isn't even a snack bar and another on the street in front of the sea, which serves. I don't think it works well. I suggest it be optional and the 6 euros voucher (in my case they gave 2 euros per day because the reservation could only be made for 2 people, despite being alone) per day can be discounted from the daily rate.OR, as there is a a mini kitchen in the room,voucher to be used for shopping at a nearby market, such as yogurt, eggs, etc. In the cafeteria you can order something, but not a more complete breakfast. It’s in an old villa or castle looking place and is beautiful!!! There was a little terrace outside of our room that over looked the water. It’s so close to the beach and right in the center of town. It was the best decision we could have made. If we ever come back we will stay here again! The host/owner of this hotel was so responsive and able to help with any question we had at any time. He truly made this experience so magical. He took care of us like we were family. Thank you thank you thank you for a wonderful experience!

We loved the hospitality of the staff and the efforts made to make us feel confortable. The impeccable cleanings. The architecture of the building and the location. The options given for breakfast, very nice way to discover local eateries. The view of Sicily from the rooftop and the closeness to the sea front!

The wifi was very weak so we stayed with out 4G connections. Not the hotel fault, but sometimes the bars nearby can be noisy.

Loved this place. Stylish with lots of charming special touches - a coffee machine, facial wipes, and a well equipped kitchen area. An enormous terrace overlooking the straits of Messina. Good communication from the owner. A fabulous position close to both shops and the stunning lungomare and a wonderful breakfast included at a local characterful cafe. A perfect stay.

such a perfect location to visit the main sites of Reggio di Calabria. The hostess was delightful. so friendly and so accommodating. I would definitely return and recommend it to family & friends.
