The room itself was lovely, very comfortable and large. The bathroom was well appointed and had excellent water pressure and temperature. We loved being within walking distance of the main piazza and the shops. We will certainly be back!

One thing must be done! In the confirmation process, guests MUST be told of the difficult access to the hotel. The rising pole in the middle of the street is a complete obstacle to guests. Telling people how to navigate this issue is critical, especially to American visitors when their cellphone is unable to place a call to the hotel and the GPS location is very difficult to find

Cosy hotell in a very central location, 10 meter to the main square and a walk everywhere in the city. Breakfast was superb italian style, I only missed my scrambled eggs. I could even get my tea at the reception in the evening ! The room was big with a double bed and TV, very clean and comfortable, even with a small separate working space!

Only a wool blanket which in February is not enough, it was cold in the room and I used 3 of them. Why not offer a down duvet when it is freezingly cold outside ?

Very classy interior, probably the best breakfast selection I had in Italy so far. Right in the city center, about a 20 minute walk from the station. Classy interior in a traditional building. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable.

Excellent location, within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and the main sights. The personnel were always willing to help and knew the right information, even thought not all of them spoke English. The room and bed were enormous.

No acoustic isolation. I'm not a light sleeper, so it didn't matter much, but we could hear the music from an outdoor performance in the main square a block away. The pillow was quite thin, so if you're a side sleeper, you may wake up with a cramped neck.

We had a lovely and amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is super central, 3 steps from the main square surrounded by great aperitivo spots. And not to forget in the same street as the best ice cream of Reggio. It's an old style hotel but we'll maintained and super clean so we loved the vibe. All staff were really helpful and friendly. The woman at breakfast even remembered your coffee preferences and brings it before you even asked. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastry from the bakery and delicious yoghurt and fruit. Also the option to have soya milk in the coffee. Great value for money! There is also a parking option for a small price a day.

We absolutely loved everything. Only feedback would maybe be that the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious, but mostly sweet and some scrambled egg would be a lovely addition next to the boiled eggs that were available.

Location was good. Breakfast had a wide variety of Italian options. The front desk was always very willing to help. I was very impressed with the customer service.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Ours was large, but very hard.

Location location location! Old world charm with modern conveniences.

I could not get cool enough. Was so very hot and muggy. They have air conditioning but did not work well, for me anyway. The bathroom had a strange Oder I think the floor needed a once over.

I thought that the room was very nice, a bit dated furniture wise, but very clean and well appointed. The staff were all very helpful especially Alberto, the bellman. He went out of his way to help me.

Unfortunately, I had to change my room as the WI-FI router was too far away and there was no signal. After moving, it was better, but not great. Also, the plugs in the room are all Italian 3-prong. The EU plugs won’t work. Might I suggest USB plugs for phone and tablet charging?

Very clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel. Very good breakfast.

I asked the property about the private parking, but they did not answer whether I can use it. There's a free public parking available outside of the city centre (15 min walk, Parcheggio cecati).

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel is in the heart of the city Center . Rooms are spacious and is very clean

Is difficult to drive to the hotel due to the old and narrow streets of the old town and also problematic if you drive bigger cars
