hotel is very modern, cannot fault staff or the hotel itself. buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, truly brilliant for the price we paid. bedroom very modern and comfy, sunset views are brilliant

it is described as being near the metro, it isn’t. it’s a 20min walk across a deserted car park area and down a main duel carriageway road. felt unsafe walking at night from metro to the hotel as female travellers as there are a lot of shady people hang around metro at night. if this would bother you, look elsewhere as there were no taxis outside metro for us to get into , so we had no choice but to walk around this area.

The Soap dispensers are very nice and convenient. The Green tea scent is very pleasant. Many seats in the room. Wardrobe is nice sized. Room is spacious. Service is good. Bartender helped to opened my wine bottles without any fuss and gave us wine glasses.

The telephone coil is directly above the toilet roll and touching the toilet roll. That is unhygienic. At noon when I checked out, there were only 2 person working at the front desk, making the checkout process rather slow especially when one staff was stuck with a customer who required longer time for processing, resulting in only one staff working on checking out customers.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views (mountains and the city). Breakfast was good, but sometimes crowded and food ran out. Location is far from everything (except the Fiera), no restaurants or groceries nearby. It's quiet because, I guess, nobody lives in the neighbourhood. If you can walk (or take a scooter) 1.5km to the metro station, then it's easy to get to the city center or anywhere, at least during daytime.

Breakfast was very good and varied. The room was quite big and had a nice view over Milano in the distance. Hotel is 15 minutes away from the metro line. Hotel has parking but it is payed. You enter the parking lot and take the parking ticket. When checking out ask at the hotel for a discount. The price is quite good. The room was very clean.

I did not have initially soap and shower gel in my room, but I asked the hotel staff and they provided me some.

The beds are the best. I slept like a baby. so so comfy. We would have taken the mattress with us if we could have. Breakfast was great and the place is clean and spotless throughout!

It was quite basic. not much in the way of an atmosphere. perhaps some soft music or artwork would make the hotel better. hard to describe but it was generally stark. even the bar area was very plain and not in a relaxing way.

The Staff and the breakfast were absolutely perfect.

My room in tour N on the previous stay was absolutely excellent. However the room in tour H appeared to be almost 1/3 smaller. The space between the bed and the table was so narrow that I could hardly fit myself into it :-( Also there was no teakettle and tea.

breakfast was lavish spread and had alot of items. the ladies at the front desk helped me a lot when I left my passport and headed to the airport and I had to come back to get it. they opened the safe of the room and kept my passport ready. they were very understanding. great staff ! I will never forget how they helped me.

price was very high. size of shower was small.

I travel for business and the hotel is only 100m from Fiera Milano, which is very convenient for me. the staff is extremely helpful and kind and they are all English speakers. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast and dinner was very good with a variety of tastes. overall it an exceptional hotel, value for money. I highly recommend it!!

Very good room with a perfect bed. Very nice bathroom and bathroom supplies. Amazing breakfast. Very friendly personnel.

The refrigerator in my room was not working. The safety box is located very uncomfortable - you almost need to lie on the floor to see the combination of digits :-)

The hotel was perfect! Very modern! Great rooms, great beds, great breakfast! I recommend it!

The hotel is away from everything. There are no markets near, the metro station is a 15 minute walk from hotel, at night it wasn’t comfortable to walk in a secluded area. The ride to Milan center is 20 min long.
